Worked until I had to replace my iPhone XS and updated iOS14...

Fingerprint log in not working

I have an iPad 6th gen, all the apps that can be used for fingerprint log in work, except for this one. I have tried to delete & reload it many times & also rebooted the whole iPad. None of these have helped at all. The one thing I have noticed is that this app alone doesn’t show up on the list of apps on the settings page. I also have a iPhone SE & the fingerprint log in works fine on this device, the app also shows on the settings apps list.
The app works on my iPad if I log in manually & works as it should. I would appreciate any feedback on how I may rectify this problem. Thanks

It’s okay....

The app is okay i guess, it works on my iPhone XS Max but it doesn’t work on my iPad, it would be great as I carry my ipad with me for business more that i carry my phone.

A couple things to improve on.
A feature to see what exactly you’re spending money on. Like on CBAs app.
$200 on food
$60 on entertainment
Etc.

Now that on the online version you can see pending transactions, this would be great if we could see this on the mobile app too.

Things I dislike.

That waiting time to get into the app, sometimes it takes a long time to load when on a strong internet connection.

The plain view, the app is pretty basic, you can look at balances and send money and thats it, it would be great if we could see more on it.

No support for iPad, you can download iPhone Apps onto the iPad and they should work fine, although this app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro

Poor performance with updates!

2 stars because this app out of all apps is at the top of worst performing when new versions are released. It makes the app unreliable when a new version stops the old version working or removes login details and finger print login after update. Customers expect to log in and access our bank balance 24/7. If it continues I may have to change banks, I’ve been patient for 2 years! I love CUA, I even love the second last upgrade of the app with lots of new features, but when the app only works for a week or two then glitches is so frustrating!

Why did you remove the ability to look at my transactions???

Why can’t I see how I’m spending my money anymore you’ve basically made this app worthless now because you can’t even see your own account transactions anymore only the amount that you have. And you made me change my wac too to this annoying long as number I’ll never remember. I really don’t understand why you would update the app to be worse and restrict what I can do in this app to be basically nothing , thanks for making life even more inconvenient and confusing. If you don’t change it so I can actually see where my money is going I’m changing banks this is ridiculous I wouldn’t even be able to see if I’m getting fraudulent charges or scammed how is this any better than the old app? Why are you intent on limiting what your paying customers can do ?

Good update but won’t allow logout

There are some good improvements to this version, especially with respect to how far back you can go with transactions, but one of these is problematic. Face ID works really well but it’s impossible to log out! As soon as you try to, FaceID is triggered and logs you straight back in again. This is a serious security issue that needs an urgent fix. Also, the app developers haven’t made much use of 3D touch - most other banks have handy long press options like quick account balance display without having to enter the app.

A while in the making, but we are getting there

The latest update is brilliant. It has a modern feel that’s simple and intuitive. Everything just seems to work. And that’s a remarkable feat - seeing as this is a major updates that’s only just been released. Well done to CUA, and to Pivotus Ventures. Let’s hope you both continue adding features and updates! Continued investment in mobile will only draw more and more attention to the younger generation. Please don’t leave your mobile technologies stale, or forgotten!

Cannot open

This review is just for the current version of the app. After updating to the latest version the app will not open at all. It just crashes immediately.
