Just like every other punchcard
Just like every punchcard, I do not recommend but they are fun The app is good, everything works inside the app. My only issue is I lost my card and it is extremely tough to get a new physical card because you have to call a number you cannot go through the app.. However, upon ringing out, you can go into alternative ID and punch in your phone number to get the reward points if you don’t have a physical card or if your card is not in your phone wallet

For over a year now, I haven’t received ANY POINTS no matter how often I use my kickback. Waste of time.KensyPlays
Works sometimes
after opening, the app just shows the kickback logo and doesn’t open. Sometimes after the second try it works. But usually I have to reinstall the app.Spool man
What about people who don’t use tobacco
All the offers are for people who use tobacco products it’s a shame and not worth it. Makes me even not want to work for a company that promotes tobacco use based on rewards programs.tiggercub

Can’t reset pin even on the site once it’s loaded or forgotten. App says bad pin and has a forgotten pin button but you can’t use it. I deleted appLiliggyracin

Great Improvement
I like being able to easily track my point balance and earn and spend using the virtual card in the app. Being able to see when I am about to earn my free club item is a plus. I wish more retailers would offer special deals for members.Cordiant
