Can't add card number
Can't add card number at login on iPhone 11. The keyboard pops up and the field disappears with no way to turn the keyboard off.Firehawk4

It's defective, doesn't work, useless!
Upon starting the app, it wants me to enter my card number. There's a box to do so with a submit button next to it. However, upon starting the cursor in the box field, the numeric keypad that pops up completely covers the submit button. There is no enter button on the numeric keypad. So the app developer needs to reprogram it so that the box and submit button are up above the numeric keypad that pops up, or change the programming so a regular keyboard pops up when trying to enter the card number. Until that point, the app is useless. There's no way to submit the card number and get passed the onboarding screen to enter the app. I hope you will fix this soon or I'll be uninstalling.Show lessnelson.wp

Does not work
When I first loaded app, it asked me to enter the 16 digit card number. Gave message “error with card” and told me to call an 888 number. Did so. Person there had no idea.deltacraig
Serious flaw
Upon entering your card number the placement of the submit button is so far down on my screen that I can't close my keyboard in order to hit the submit button once I've entered my number... Total garbagelds286

Missing Wallet
It works, but is missing wallet option. Also would be nice if I could use the virtual card at the pump and stop carrying an annoying card around.Jason Beitler

This app needs some serious help. It doesn't work half the time....goodLife89
Crap!
Why the problems with the app? I can't check my balance or club status. It's been over a week now, and customer support has been telling me it's undergoing maitnance. How long is this supposed to take and how am I supposed to keep track of all my purchases? I'm at a loss as to where my points where and where they should be now. Who is going to fix the problem? And when? What's my stats? This has been down too long and I think there is other issues at hand. Why can't I use my card? What is the issue? I'm tired of being blowed off. I count on using my card when my cash is low and now that's not a option. This is not right or fair! I'm very upset with this program now!!! I have also been short changed in the past when I was supposed to get bonus points on car washes. This is becoming the most disappointing membership reward program I ever joined.
