Syncing errors.
I have tried everything under the sun and on top of the Sun to get the app to communicate with my CPAP and everything I do will not work. It was working fine until there was a recent update with Apple and now it’s telling me that My data is outdated. I’ve tried everything. I deleted the app reinstalled the app. I deleted the device off of the Bluetooth. I turned off the phone force restart unplugged plugged back in device. It will not stay connected through Bluetooth. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Je trouve que cette application est très utile pour suivre les nuits et ainsi voir s’il y a une problématique. Ça permet donc de corriger rapidement la situation.

This small cpap machine has a great app clear menu and easy to set up, with easy access to the filter, unfortunately when j took it to Spain if stopped working until j got back a week later didn’t get much sleep, also I have a bluetti X60 backup battery that lasts a week in case of more power cuts, great machine. 👍👍👍

OMG. :(
I tried about 5 times to set up an account. Got something wrong, had to go back and it would wipe out the details I typed in. Wanted to use my keychain to make a good password, requiring me to swipe out and go to password manager on my iPhone.

Swipe to get back to the set up screen for Dream mapper...Grrrr, have to enter my info all over again.

Get to the next page to enter the password I copied from my keychain...far out! Won't paste in. Tried to copy another password in, won't paste, goes back to the start each time and must enter the details all over again.

Once in the app, I find it's just the same info I can find actually on the device.

Extremely helpful, however the Blue Tooth connection is extremely difficult to set up, I was without any data for 30 days due to the inability to pair it with the iPad.
Increase breakdown of information
System is good but info for non medics would be helpful ie I seem to have massive inc in pressure within first few hours of sleep and often this wakes me and I wonder why … overall good and quiet and reliable. Generally improve “ user friendlyness’

Vraiment c’est problématique quand on doit jumeler un appareil et wilson se rappelle pas du nom d’utilisateur et du mot de passe. pour réinitialiser ça fait déjà 3 adresses courriel différentes que je dois utiliser car si je fait seulement réinitialiser le mot de passe ça tourne en boucle et en plus si j’ouvre une autre page pour aller voir mes informations ne sont pas conserver je dois les réécrire c’est vraiment une plaie d’égypte pour réinitialiser
