Because the platforms refuse to make it easy for us.

Great app. Of course we as humans want to swap between platforms like Apple and Garmin Fitbit and so on. This just helps got all those years of data and workouts and makes your current platform of choice add and syncs all those years of data collected. Then when a platform like Apple refuses to play ball RunGap sorts it all out. Shouldn’t be needed but I’m glad they put it together. Great app.

Phenomenal implementation

This app does exactly what I needed. Which is it pushes Zwift workouts automatically to Apple Health correctly with full power data, the fake GPS tracks (so speed and elevation too), and all the necessary entities so that the Apple Watch rings get filled out correctly. And RPE can be added for WatchOS load tracking. The slight downside is that the activity shows up as from RunGap with its icon instead of a Zwift activity, but until they actually fix their own implementation, this is a great solution. Plus it lets you backfill missed activities. Amazing work.

Truly an awesome app replaced a head unit

I have been using this app exclusively for 2 months. It’s the real deal. It’s rock solid. I have had a few instances of my heart rate monitor not registering but I’m not convinced that’s because of the app. Bluetooth can be finicky sometimes. My only compliant is not being able to swipe and zoom on map. That would be helpful to be able to do. The stats on this app are really solid as well. I’m not sure if it’s technically feasible but it would be awesome to see a projection of grading on long climbs in addition to the current realtime grade similar to what Garmin or Wahoo head units provide. Really solid app though. I love it overall.

Overall Great App

Great app, and amazing value. Happily paid for the upgrade. You can tell the creators of this app are passionate about what their app does, and they give great value. Cool statistics also, keen to see what’s next!

The best sport data manger

Simple, powerful and versatile. A great app.

Does not work

Can not sync data to Garmin Connect. Experimental but not even close. That was the reason I got this app. Does not work.

BEWARE OF SCAM: I WAS CHARGED $40.93 INSTEAD OF 12.99.

The subscription does not appear in My Subscriptions list and can not be cancelled

I paid for 1 year subscription because when trying to transfer my workout from Apple Watch to Garmin Connect, it said thad I need subscription. The app still does not work: it transfers instead in opposite direction: from Garmin Connect to Apple.

Response from developer

Next time, please take a deep breath or two before making wild, unfounded acquisitions like this. Apple is handling all payments and it is extremely unlikely that the amount that you mention was charged for a RunGap subscription. It would be the first time in the 12+ years that RunGap has been on the App Store that Apple made such an error. If you cared to read the information presented to you when subscribing, you would know that RunGap subscriptions do *NOT* renew automatically and therefore cancels automatically after each period. If you are having difficulties getting the app to work as intended, please contact support@rungap.com for assistance and we are happy to help.

Great app

Such a time saver - love it!

Amazing App

I have used Run Gap for over 5 years. It isn’t the prettiest app but it works so well and is updated quickly if an integration breaks.

I record all runs through the Apple workout out app. Run Gap auto syncs these. Then I can
- track the kms on all my shoes
- export runs to adidas and Nike (through Garmin).

It works so easy and seamlessly. Well worth the annual subscription.

The Swiss Army knife of synchronisation.

I found this app whilst searching for a way to synchronise my Strava (which my running club uses) with Runtastic/adidas running (which I’ve been using for many years and didn’t want to loose my history.
Once set up it works smoothly and seamlessly. Highly recommended and worth every penny of the cost.
