So simple, so effective

Super useful for pulling in data from so many different fitness/health sources.

A couple of requests/recommendations:
1. For Apple Health activities, the Splits from Markers doesn’t seem to be working for Segments. Laps are split automatically, Segments are custom split, such as by using the Action button on Apple Watch Ultra. Would be super helpful to add, below Laps/Splits in the RunGap app, an option to view Segments.
2. Show laps/segments (or give the option) to the hundredth second. Precision is important, especially for shorter splits.

Fantastic app to track workouts

I love this app so far! It combines all my workouts from my Apple watch & shares the information with all my other apps that are important to me. A few to mention Strava, Garmin Apple health etc. excellent!!

Easy to use

Imported all of my old Apple activities into Garmin without issue.

Solidly utilitarian

Great app. Used it to transfer my old NRC runs to Strava. Worked flawlessly. Also fun to view my runs and stats in the extremely snappy UI.

Apple health to Garmin

I found RunGap while looking for a way to export my workouts from Apple Health to Garmin Connect. RunGap provides the perfect solution where my workouts are automatically sent to Connect and with the ‘fake watch’ functionality, the workouts feed into Garmin’s stats as if I were using an actual Garmin watch.

Great App

Great app and great features. Very fast response by the developers. Also love that they have added Steps for Garmin Connect. Use it daily to transfer our Apple Watch activities to Garmin Connect.

A++++

A workhorse

RunGap is a workhorse for moving activity files between services. It’s not pretty, it’s not flashy, it just gets the job done and connects more services than any other app I’ve tried over the years. I keep coming back to it and rely on it daily.

I wish there were a better way to set up auto-naming of workouts and exports. For example, I’d like to create default naming schemes that include the source and other variables like date, location, and device.

I’d also like to see the source listed in the index of activities so it’s easier to see which file is which where there may be multiple for a single workout.

Simply the best

Simply the easiest way to keep activities updated across multiple platforms. As a user of an Apple Watch and Garmin bike computers, RunGap enables me to seamlessly update my workouts from my watch into GC as well.

Perfect for importing all your data to one platform

Really easy to use and the swag bag 3 month subscription does not automatically renew

Great for Multi Watch Users!! 10/10

I enjoy running with both my apple watch for training and my garmin for race days. However, both apps can’t and won’t talk almost as if they hate each other. Run-Gap fixes their relationship and makes syncing between watch apps a breeze. My stats from Apple Watch shows in Garmin automatically which is useful for things such as app leaderboards and for team management. I’m currently a yearly subscriber and will continue to be one until i get tired of it.
