Gets the Job Done!
This app has never failed me. For getting bulk waste uplifted quickly, reporting fly tipping and its other functions, this works brilliantly and I’m impressed with how the Council respond. Get it, use it and tell all your friends and neighbours about it!
Map section lets it down
Idea is brilliant.
Problem is when I get to the action of locating the problem. The current location bit work and I can't manually add a pin.
I did manage to report something. Emailed back saying it had been added to the planned works but this was 4 months ago and still hasn't been fixed. Would like it if the report would stay 'open' on the app until fixed but appreciate that's a fair bit of extra work.
