Just basic
I just downsized from a larger more professional grill, so I have a basis of comparison.
Pros:
-It heats up very fast, in about 7-8 minutes to reach 500 degrees.
- It’s lightweight and easy to move.
- It’s relatively easy to assemble (1-1 1/2 hours)
- It’s has even heating across the grill surface.
Cons:
- Hard to control constant temperature.
- When you lift the lid the temperature will drop rapidly, and then when you lower the lid it takes a while to resume proper temperature.
- The lid is not double insulated, the outside gets very hot. You must only touch the lid bar or you can easily get burned.Show lessakasapo
Great grilling app
Weber has made a simple to use and understand app. I appreciate the registration feature, which lets you interact with them on your warranty if needed. The recipes are easy to understand and follow. For charcoal grillers, there’s also instructions on how to arrange your coals. I really appreciate all this app has to offer. You’re going to love this app.Show lessnikonuser15
Give Me Recipes Based on My Grill!
I have told the app that I have a Smokey Mountain. So when I search for “smoked whole chicken”, I don’t want to see a recipe for a whole smoked chicken using anything other than my set product. Instead I get recipes for regular kettle grills.Sleepy Cat Chris
Can’t reset password
If you get a new phone and don’t remember your password. You can click the “forgot password.” Button for days. An email to reset your password never comes. And you can’t make another account if you already registered your grill. App is totally useless now. Been waiting on about 47 emails to reset my password for 2 days now. Uninstall.Show lessSlokom
Useless app
The assembly instructions that come with Weber grills tell you to download this app to simplify assembly with supposedly step by step instructions.
There is so much total crap in the app that I honestly couldn’t find the instructions for my particular brand new grill.

No help
This app is worthless and was not as advertised. The app claims and has a section for grilling guidelines. Ex: Type of product, grilling temps & methods to grill. This section was void of any promoted and advertised guidelines. Not only was there no guidelines, there was no library for me to add. Not user friendly. Save yourself time wasted time and go straight to google for these simple answers.Show lesscsnailnrun
The app messes up with the languages
For example, for Switzerland, you can only have it in German. I contacted support, and after providing the specifics they requested, their support team went silent and neither fixed the issue, nor replied to my emails. I understand that you can have errors in the app, but frankly their communication with customers needs to be improved. Sadly, most likely they will never read comments to use these as opportunities for improvement.Show lessCar31416
Needs some work
The latest revision fouled up the most important part of the app. Grill guidance no longer works: blank. Click on recent and it shows no recent. Click on guides and it shows nothing. Please fix! App is now useless

My new weber
I now have two barbecues for my wife and I One green egg and one weber on my greeny I can burn a $50 steak in a minute but now I got the Weber and a website that tells me how to do everything and my stuff turns out awesome I would never admit this to my wife but I really like the Weber still awesome job teaching me how to cook right down to the minute it was very easy to put the barbecue together and so far everything is turned out awesomeAnd then my wife said he they have a website that teaches you everything I thought I’m in heaven now awesome thank you guysShow less49 chevy panel truck
