  • Almost nothing works

    I cannot top up my prepaid account, change my plan, my current balance shows up as $0, and the price of my current plan shows my current balance. It does show my data usage
  • Unless you can afford new iOS or iPad OS products, TELUS doesn’t want you

    For what this app does, why does it need such a new OS ? I guess TELUS only wants people as customers that can afford to constantly update there equipment. Oh well

    would give less if i could 😂 website makes customer support access super difficult then redirects you to the app saying it’s easier but any attempt at contacting support through the app brings up an error message and offers no solutions.
  • Barely functional

    The fact that such a large company can have such a bad app is a testament to corporate incompetence!
  • Horrible Experience

    Several services in the app tend to go “something went wrong” and no further explanation or solutions, and my prepaid account itself is way confusing than it should with the app. I might have to switch carrier since I find it quite difficult to navigate myself in the app.
  • Useless so far

    Tried multiple times to get the app to recognize my login credentials but all I get is “Oops, Something went wrong”.
  • Hire more customer service workers

    Started this conversation with Telus, 4 hours ago. Am on hold for who knows how much longer. After being on hold for one hour first time they accidentally disconnected me. They do not have a "we will phone you back system whatsoever. You cannot choose silence in those 5 hours. You must hear the Telus song plus ads for themselves during those five hours.

    They only employ ppl to answer your calls in countries where the minimum wage is two cents a day or something. Yet that two cents a day is apparently too costly for a corporation with a tri-opoly, a cartel with Rogers & Bell, to pay so they won't hire sufficient numbers of workers to reduce the 5 hour wait.

    My neighbor was on hold for 9 hours. It is time Canadians picketed the CRTC. That is the face of the Canadian government that coddled and protects Telus, bell, & Rogers from being effectively opposed by customers.

    We are a plutocracy where no matter which flavour of govt is in power, they bribe the politicians to keep them free of hearing from us. Apparently these reviews are the only method of complaint available to customers.

    The corporation doesn't read our feedback here. If a low level software worker gets hired to read and respond the feedback he sends up the chain never gets read by the billionaires and upper mgt anyway.

    It's Canada! We do not matter. They take our money and don't give a crap.
    Hour 5 has passed. Still on hold.

  • I feel like I’m on dial-up

    Please fix the loading and time out issues. This has been going on for a long time. It shouldn’t take me 5 mins just to navigate to the page I’m looking for. Dial-up anyone?
  • STUPID APP

    TOO STUPID APP CHILDISH DESIGN
  • App continually broken

    Support links often lead to 404 errors.

    Telus web forces use of this app which is unable to make changes.

    Calling in on the support line assumes you must have telus mobile. Support line often busy and calls dropped.

    This app looks good but clearly does not perform many functions other than lookup.

    Recent PiK service redesign has caused many service outages leading me to write this review.
