  • Too slow...

    Before I thought this app was too slow. Now, it’s not even loading. This does not bode well for the quality and integrity of TELUS’ service. I mean, for one of the richest (most overpriced) companies in Canada, you’d think they would have a better app to use. The funny thing is, it says “manage your TELUS services in a snap”. Is this a joke because, I am not laughing.
    I just want to check my bill and the app is saying “please try again later”. That’s ridiculous! When calling TELUS you can wait on hold for over an hour and now the app doesn’t even work? Makes me think that TELUS does not care about their customers at all and just wants their money. Also, stop begging for my hard earned money. I’m not going to donate anything so make it go away permanently. If I do donate, I will chose to whom my money is donated, not you!

    TELUS, you really need to work on your customer service, it’s poor at best.

    I think it is time to my switch service provider.

  • Unacceptable

    Not allowing customers to access their account through your app, in which they pay a grossly inflated amount for, is not acceptable. Your app demands that we update our phone to the newest iOS that which will inevitably overwhelm the processing function of our so-called “dated” phone. Which in turn makes us purchase a new phone that is out of our budget.
    I do not appreciate being unable to access my personal account with the company I am in a contract with.

  • App not opening up

    Why isn’t this app working on my iPhone anymore?

  • Slow takes more than 1 minute to load

    Worst app i ever used. It even took more than 1 minute to start in telus wifi network. Ironic
  • App stopped working.

    Yeesh, don't you know how to support multiple versions of the OS? My app says I need to update, but according to the App Store, I have the latest version of the app. Looking at other reviews, you decided to stop supporting 10.3.x. On the bright side, I can free up some space on my phone by deleting the app.

  • Disappointed

    I don't have iOS 11 to update the app on both my iPad and iPhone 5c, should have kept the older versions running.. might as well delete the app on both my iPad and iPhone
  • Need OS 11...

    Quite disapointing for a well known telecommunication compagny like Telus to put an update that no more allow users to check their account. My Telus is no more mine... Weak.

    App no longer works, as it is an Iphone 5.

    Between jacking my bill $10 a month, and now eliminating functionality of the app on my phone, you're doing a great job of ensuring client loyalty...
  • Not universal

    This app is not capable for anything that is IOS less than 10 , there fore it is useless , not fair for those who have older phones. Not consumer friendly
