Horrible Apps

I want to pay my bill through this app because i’m based in New York. I tried to register or sign up last year and until now I can’t figure out why the system keeps rejecting my information, as simple as my name wasn’t accepted. Terrible. Why can’t Meralco make it easier for their customers to at least pay their bills online? Specially now that there’s pandemic? Do we FiLAms needs to send money all the time to someone there just to pay our bills? I emailed customer service and they cannot even answer my questions. I feel like i want to give up my house and sell it so I don’t have problem sending money and asking favor to someone to pay my electric bill.

Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. Slow. Slow. Slow.

The app is full of bugs. And yeah, it is very SLOW!

One (of the many) annoying bug is when clearing messages, it doesn’t clear it at all.

Why does it have to update every month?

The app updates almost every month and I don't get it, it requires me to login Every. Single. Time. It has become very annoying. What's worse is that there is no inprovement neither in the user experience nor the security. It looks and feels exactly the same every after update. There are even times when I would try to login using my correct login credentials but it would be rejected for unknown reasons only to find out later that the app is undergoing a system upgrade - without any sort of warning. Your app really sucks big time. If I could rate this app a negative 10 star, I would.

App not working

Can't log in, after typing in log in details it will just turn to white screen. Can you fix this issue for it has been like this for quiet sometime now.

Not loading

iPhone XsM, OS ver 14.0.1, jut kept saying “loading” waited almost 20 minutes to load. Removed app, reinstalled but still no working.

copy MRN to clipboard feature

helloooo please add a feature where i can copy the MRN because i do online payments and it’s really sickening to copy all those numbers manually. thank you.

Not working

Trying to register and app is saying that my kwh and bill date is invalid! I only got the info from the bill received and yet it is invalid? This is a waste time foe consumers and waste of money on Meralco itself???

Always wrong email and password

Nakailang palit na ako ng password kada log in ko wrong email at password

Cannot login

When I press the Login button, it redirects me to Salesforce login page. Always displays incorrect password even though it is correct.

Show the statement bill

Giving 4 stars due to the statement bill is not available in the app. The statement bill must appear not only the unpaid amount. This is to be transparent and for us to see our consumption for the month covering period. This app is only convenient now due to covid19 lockdown and also if the payer is outside the country since payment by credit card is available. For the meantime, I will not subscribe for your paperless bill and I will only pay after receiving the written statement bill delivered to our house.
