  • Using over three years

I began using this app to track my mood swings and compare them to the hours I sleep when I started working graveyard. After fibit began tracking my sleep I just focused on my moods. Then I began finding this as a safe, anonymous way to vent. I think everyone should vent/rant about their emotions here instead of social media. It's so liberating. I don't have to worry about anyone I know reading and I can share how I feel with others struggling. It feels very real to read anonymous hardships. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 14 yrs ago and am able to look back on my bad moods and see patterns. Helps me stay on track, when I start to feel bad I'll look at trends and recognize "the problem" and the good moods remind me what I do to stay in the green. Very simple and helpful
Update 2024: me and other users have been crying due to the app not working for several weeks, what is going on??

  • Download it!

This app helped me so much!! I’m feeling down again so I’m using it again. But at-least just having the thought of deleting it one day cause I’ll be happy again.
  • Thank you

Thank you for making this app and keeping it free. Been using it steadily for 5 years now and it has considerably helped me.
  • Best Mental Health App!

7-year user of this monitoring app during recovery from mental illnesses. Tried many others with none to compare. This is free, user-friendly and endless options for mood, emotion and thought accompanying the rate. No technical difficulties whatsoever. Highly recommend.
  • Good Journal, Ruined by Perverts

I love this app for journaling and connecting with others who have similar struggles.

The main problem with this app, is the rampant mental and sexual abuse from a few men who use this platform to sexually abuse mentally ill women and children. They journal about their erections and desire to have sex with young women. They actively seek out teenagers who complain about their parents or boyfriends, then they get them to chat off the app and coerce them into sexting, sending nude photos or webcam sex.

I’ve been using this app for 5 years. Too many women and girls have complained about this behavior from a few disgusting men. We need moderators, a way to report, or at least a way to segregate 50-year-old pedophiles from 13-year-old children. They can be blocked, but then they just move on to the next victim.

  • text field does not allow text selection

want to rate it higher but the text fields will not allow cursor jump or to select text to edit, so you have to delete whatever was written after that spot if you want to edit. this is an app-specific problem that doesn’t exist elsewhere in iOS or other apps.
  • Used daily for 6 years, a few suggestions

I’ve been using this app for almost 6 years every day. Whilst it’s done the job and I haven’t had any significant trouble with it, I still think there’s room for a few improvements:
    1) if there was a search option to find days within which you’ve written that term
    2) if when you switch to a private account you get the option to make all your past posts private
    3) if there was an option to export (date/mood/rating/comment) as a .csv
    4) if we could see a statistical breakdown of moods over a day/week/month/year/all time

  • Great app

This app makes me think about my how I feel which I never even acknowledge if I didn’t do this, it is great to be more in touch with myself but also I like to send kind words to others when they are having a bad day
  • Very grateful

I love this app. I’ve been using it for 3+ years. It has a great interface and it’s very versatile and easy to use. It also has a lovely, supportive community. I’m very grateful to the app developers.
  • Okay but could be better

It's an okay app. I've seen better. But it really could be better. Like sometimes it doesn't let you press what you were writing if you click out of it for a moment. Sometimes the app doesnt let you move things or tap things. That needs to be fixed for sure. Definitely would Not recommend to others in the state that it is in.
