  • Great app

    I found it so difficult to write stuff down in a diary at the end of the day. To have to concentrate on how I've felt over the previous day to be able to track my mood and thus improve my mental health care process. I found this app and the ability to record is now in the palm of my hand. I agree that it should be a 10 star not a 5 star rating as this would fall in line with the system that the mental health system works with but other than that what a wonderful bit of kit.

  • Such and amazing app

    This app is so incredible! The best thing about it is that not only can you vent and not be judged, but you can also help people who are going through similar things. The actual mood-tracking is such a small part when it comes to this app. I can definitely understand how this app could help a lot of people out, and its definitely helped me out so far! I would recommend this app to anyone who is going through a rough time, because it can really help.

  • Multiple mood entries in one day

    I've had this app for a while but I've never really appreciated how it helps. I've deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times but it isn't until recently I understood how and why it's beneficial for me, as a bipolar, going through a 3 week manic episode and then coming down. The biggest selling point is the multiple mood entries especially when trying to recognize patterns and behaviors.

  • Love this AP

    This AP is great! I am a chemist and data is important to understanding things, but to track behavior data is a new concept for me. It is so amazing to be able to track my own behaviors and read and learn about others behaviors as well. This helps me to mean and modify my own behavior. Also the fact that there are no ages and pictures makes it amazingly pure. I get a sense of honor helping others see beyond their current progress❣

  • This has saved me

    This app has saved me from many lonely nights and days. Its great being able to help others and also get advice and support from others when you need it. Haven been given loads of tips from mental health services on different types of support out there- i think they need to be aware of this app as its fantastic whether you suffer with mental health issues or not. Great app- thanks!!

  • Great app

    Great for mental and physical illness sufferers - I get frequent, severe migraines and suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. I use this app several times a day and find it extremely user friendly. Love that it is touch-ID enabled.

    I would love it if you could rate your moods out of 10 rather than 5, if the timescale was a little more detailed and if there was a function to generate a medical style report from the data to give to my neurologist and therapist. Maybe as a paid for add on? But otherwise excellent app that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  • My moods may be on an upswing with this Ap!

    I've only used this Ap for a couple of days. I've decided to pay the .99 for privacy so I can write whatever kookiness I'm feeling without judgement. But I will say the public side is pretty cool if you want to feel better knowing there are lots of other people feeling the same way I am at any given moment!! You can even chat with others if you want!
    I like the way this Ap charts moods in a graph as long as you are diligent in entering your moods consistently I will continue using this Ap to see long term how my moods look on the graph after a few months.

  • Tool for achieving great insight

    I suffer from mood swings and I've always felt lost as to their pattern and any possible precipitating events. I have journals in the past and that was helpful but it's not a tool for discovering patterns like this app can. It encourages me to get at the heart of a passing mood with a quick description because I know I can enter minute fluctuations as often as I want to. This app generates fast and insightful graphs that allow for an aerial perspective on one's moods. Indispensable!

  • So Helpful

    I've only had this app for a little less than a week now but I'm really enjoying it! I love being able to keep a little log and also "rate my mood" for future reference - I like to be able to see a pattern in my moods- especially for personal reasons of my own. I would recommend this app to others for sure! I also really liked how one person said that every therapist should have this app- definitely agree!

  • I really like this app

    It's more of a social media diary/air your laundry out site to help you kind of get over it all. Most of the people are mentally struggling in some form or another. Some are just attention seekers, and some really do want to track their moods like myself. However if you need someone to ever talk to especially with help with mental things, nervous breakdowns, anxiety, add, add, suicide help, there are e so many people here who could help and they are willing to help with no questions asks. You don't even have to tell them the whole story, but they all like to talk! It's nice.
