  • Fantastic app

Love this app it can be used as a mood diary which is private or public. I have mine public and feel it helpful to talk to others on there. Lovely supportive comments! Being recently diagnosed with bipolar I find this so helpful to find if my moods are patterned or to reflect on to see what triggers my moods. Can't recommend it enough ❤️ it

  • Highly recommend this!

I am a licensed professional counselor and I use this app for myself in addition to recommending it for my clients who are ages teen and up. This is an EXCELLENT mood tracker - the best mood tracking app I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot)! My ONLY (tiny) wish is that the mood rating piece could offer two options in how to rate one's mood. Here, the only option is to rate it from 1-5, and it would be super helpful to have the option to instead be able to rate it from 1-10 if preferred. Different people seem better able to do one scaling versus the other. LOVE, LOVE THESE APP!!

  • Best mood tracker I've used so far

Yes keeping track of your mood or even a little note of a feeling or flashback in my case; some think it could be easy just to type it into your smartphone's notes. But it's not!
On Moodtrack I can make my 'moods' public or private. State the mood/ feeling add notes if you like then rate it worst to best.
I've had some really supportive comments/ advice left on a couple of my posts - for me having the acknowledgment helps and seeing others that are going through the same thing helps also.

  • Great for depressives!

Kind of gives you a place to vent and track your moods. Not a great social platform as if you read the open threads you'll see the majority are written by angsty teens complaining about homework rather than people with serious 'mind' issues trying to voice their feelings and maybe find a pattern by mood tracking. I like it but don't expect too much. It does what it does perfectly.

  • Great app for sharing your issues anonymously

Been a real help. I've also had the chance to help others who are going through stuff I've been through. I do hope the app developers respect our privacy and don't collect our data and real names. That would be worrying. They should clarify this on the intro page
  • Lovely idea

Fantastic app for monitoring your own moods, but importantly, anyone else's as well. It would just be good to have a 7 point scale for rating, but otherwise it's excellent. Wonderful connectivity with the world too.
  • Love it

It's really interesting to look back at my moods and I find it helpful and am more positive now with my anxiety and depression because looking back at my moods gives me perspective and realisation that I'm not as depressed as I sometimes think I am. I also love the community, people commenting on my moods makes me feel supported and like I'm not alone.

  • It's really great! Only one thing though...

I really like this app. It is really awesome for keeping track of your mood. It is really easy to use and you can meet some people anonymously and get good advice from other understanding people. Plus you can try and help others out if you choose to.
The only thing that I wish was different is that there are no pictures and you can't post any. I understand that it is supposed to be anonymous but I feel like the anonymity should be up to the user. It would be nice to have a better sense of identity. Plus I like to post pictures because I am an artist and I express myself through my art.

  • 😍😘😊

I love this app, however I cannot access my accounts. There's no email to link it to, and it logs out without me. This is totally my favourite app. I wish I could get my accounts @1738 and @sunshine back!! I love everyone on there, and everyone I follow and who follows me, omg! Such a beautiful community worldwide!

  • Love it!

This app is fantastic. I use it in conjunction with my therapist to track my moods and see if there are any correlations between my moods and spending habits! Definitely an eye opener once you reflect back on yourself and actually see how they coexist together.
