  • Therapist recommended and I love it!!!

I've had 3 major surgeries in 5 years. The last one was on June 24, 2016 and the recovery is not going well. Naturally, I've been really depressed, filled with anxiety and just feeling terrible. My therapist recommended this app and I love it. It helps me keep track of my mood and allows me to make notes on why I'm feeling that way. When I look at posts from other users, I actually feel comfort in knowing that I am not alone.

  • Very good but one minor fix

Really good at helping me track my moods. I'd give it five stars but I have a minor thing: you can rate your mood out of 5 but I find that's not enough variation. I'd prefer if it was out of 10 so I could give more detail. Apart from that it's great
  • Changed My Life

This app changed my life. I've had it for over a year now and I use it daily. It's become a part of my daily life and I become distressed when I cannot use it.
It allows my thoughts and my feelings and my pain to flood out and I feel a sense of relief when I post.
It doesn't make me happier but I certainly feel less suffocated and alone.
It's wonderful to look back on my old moods.... And sad at the same time.
I love it though. I get to see how I've changed and how I've grown. I get to remember and hold on to who I use to be and what I used to feel.
I don't even know where I'd be without this app.

  • Does what it's supposed to

Helps me track my moods well and get a sense of how I'm feeling overall lately. The app could do with a customised reminder option or even a more frequent reminder. It's also a bit of a bummer you have to pay to keep you mood tracker private.
  • Only been a day but seems to help

Sooo I don't write reviews often and I wanted to write one in case anyone else was skeptical. The community is really nice. Everyone is struggling with their own problems so it's nice to be able to see how others are feeling while you are feeling the same or similar. My fiancé doesn't know how to take me when I am depressed and it's nice to get encouraging words from people who understand. At first I didn't like the fact everything was public but after being on it, I definitely love it. I don't feel "completely alone." The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because I wish there was a 1-10 scale instead of 1-5. Other than that, it really does help keep track of my mood, like a diary. If you feel always up and down, I definitely recommend this.

  • Helpful.

Interesting to see my mood fluctuations.
Nice place to connect with others and empathise. It's surprising how many other people are going through similar things.
  • Very good

I enjoy doing this daily, and it's good to see your moods tracked. Good day to distract yourself but there's also a really lovely community on this app. People 'liking/hearting' your moods and posts or even commenting on them saying they're glad you had (for example) a good day is lovely and always encouraging. I like this app because other mood trackers like Pacifica or SAM (v good) are more anxiety based, whereas this can encompass many feelings. Only thing is I wish there were more mood ratings than 5. Sometimes 3 seems to low but 4 (good) seems so high so there could be more options

  • Incredibly Helpful

I don't normally rate apps, but I had to take time out for this one. This app is flawless, and reminds you that are people who care and people who want to help. It also keeps track of your progress and helps you realize how far you've come. The fact that you can comment on someone else's mood and help others is also a great feature. No cons whatsoever to say. On the technical side, the app does not crash, and it's easy to maneuver and use without any confusion.

  • Good idea, bad idea

Good idea: The paid app is pretty cool in that you can track your feelings and keep them private. It allows you to show your care team all of your feelings and your diary entries. Private is the way to go. 5 stars for that.

Bad idea: What is not cool is that the public entries you post are there for anyone to see and respond to. There are some kids who feel the need to belittle people for posting their feelings and encourage people to follow through with plans for self-harm. They also feel the need to jump in to conversations and make fun of people who discuss their disability by calling them names. I guess that's what you get when you offer a free app and some basement-bound prepubescent has gotten bored with Internet porn. I digress. There is no way to block them. When you opt to block that person, it does not do anything. You still see their degrading posts. 0 stars for all of this.

  • Great, Simple Tool

Simple to use. Flexible to allow multiple entries in the one day. Your data will be publicly available unless you spend $1.50 to keep it private, and there is no information as to why information is public, and what it will be used for.

The App prompts people to give it five-star reviews. It is a good App, but I'm not sure if all the five star reviews are because people think it deserves five stars, or because they've been prompted by the App to give it that rating. Maybe I'm just more picky about what deserves five-stars than other people.
