  • Your Feelings are Valid

I downloaded this app a long time ago but never really used it, not sure why. Since some recent changes in my life, it is now necessary to track my mood. This app is anonymous, easy to use, and a great place to make you feel like you belong. We all have life issues which vary from one person to the next, but our feelings and emotions are all still valid. This is a judgement free zone & helps you see that everyone has their own individual struggles- you’re not alone! This will also help me keep track so I can tell my therapist more accurately how I’ve been doing. Totally recommend! Give it a shot, after all it’s completely anonymous.

  • Great App

My doctor suggested I keep a journal - start with a rating for the day and go from there. Not being a diary person, this app fit the bill for me, allowing mood and comments to be captured as I thought of them throughout the day. Loving the simplicity of use. It would be useful to have a download option for private users, and the American date formats (month/day) are a little confusing for my part of the world, otherwise this is a great app and has me logging my mood all day long. Well done..

  • I like the app but please improve blocking feature

I don’t like giving less than 5 stars and I will give a better rating if they improve the blocking feature. If blocked someone on Moodtrack, I don’t like that I still see their posts on the feed and their comments on other’s posts. Also if they are following me and I block them, they still show up in Followers. Please for the love of God improve this feature. I’m trying to move on and get over someone and it doesn’t help that they keep popping up.

  • Day 1

Just downloaded it today and it seems to be just what I was looking for. Totally anonymous, able to share short or long entries with a community, comment, and able to easily look back on memories and feelings. Seems to be a good amount of people on the app as well. I’ve enjoyed reading other’s entries and seeing a more “real” social media rather than everyone putting on a front or a certain image. It definitely gives me perspective when I look at other people’s struggles and accomplishments. Looking forward to using it on a daily basis

  • Seems abandoned.

    I’d rate this a 0 if I could.
I stopped using this app years ago, because I didn’t like the interface. It was too basic, too simple for my needs. About a year ago, I emailed asking how to close my account. I was told to go to the website to log in... but you can’t log in on the website. The website is just an ad for the app. I never got a response to my reply after that.
Cut to now, I emailed again asking to close my account, and haven’t received any response after three days.
Their “help” page is just a link to email them (which is either out of date or unmonitored) or a link to their twitter which hasn’t been updated in two years.
This app is awful and the developers really seem like they have given up on it, since I can see the last update was a year ago.

  • Fix this please

I have been using this app for a long time, and enjoy it a lot. BUT this one thing bothers me a lot. When I type a long mood and the whole page fills up, the page will not scroll to the top. Or if it does the page starts to jam and not scroll. I have this problem almost all the time to the point where I stopped using the app for a little while. Another thing is if I go back to edit the mood I posted, I will click in between words to fix an error or anything and the whole page goes blank and does not scroll. I don’t know if others are experiencing this, but the app seems like it’s not supported on the IPhone XR. Please fix this, as I would love to keep using this app.

  • The only mood tracking app that I have stuck with

Looking for a mood tracking app? This is legit the one. My therapist has tried to sell me on every app and desperately tried to get me to track my mood for years. All of them were a waste of time and I never stuck with it. This one legit is the only one I found interesting and fun to keep up with. It charts your mood so you literally on a chart can watch your mood cycles spiking up or down. You have the option to write a description about why your mood is the way it is at the time. What made me love THIS app is the fact that it’s ALL ANONYMOUS and everyone’s mood descriptions are posted on the “everyone” board, so you have the ability to anonymously comment on someone else’s mood they posted and be social with others, and others have the ability to comment on your mood. I love the interaction factor of this app. It makes you feel not so alone in your own head. This app is 100% the one to download if you’re looking for a legit mood tracking app that you’ll stick with!

  • Self Awareness Yields Change

The custom nature of mood tracking, with the graph and colors, is helpful for seeing patterns in moods and deciphering objective mood changes versus other kinds. It makes self reflection a little more objective. Also seeing other people’s moods (1) helps decrease focus on myself (which can be excessive in extreme moods like depression or mania),(2) increases gratefulness when seeing other people doing worse and (3) reminds me constantly that I’m not alone in the feelings I experience and there’s support and people that can relate. I really like it.

Not 5 stars because while the technical design is well-designed and clearly thoughtful, the aesthetic design is a little weak. And even if that’s to remove extra stimulation for an audience that may be overly stimulated or stimulus-sensitive - I think there’s a way to still accomplish that with a better aesthetic experience. It’s not a necessity but desirable. Overall the app is exceptional though because I don’t even do reviews usually, and this app - affecting people in such a vulnerable area - demanded one.

  • Great!

Super simple and easy to use, really really straightforward. I love it so much. It’s rlly quick to just log in a mood, but if u want you can write a whole journal thing, you can. Would highly recommend!!
  • Using over three years

I began using this app to track my mood swings and compare them to the hours I sleep when I started working graveyard. After fibit began tracking my sleep I just focused on my moods. Then I began finding this as a safe, anonymous way to vent. I think everyone should vent/rant about their emotions here instead of social media. It's so liberating. I don't have to worry about anyone I know reading and I can share how I feel with others struggling. It feels very real to read anonymous hardships. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 14 yrs ago and am able to look back on my bad moods and see patterns. Helps me stay on track, when I start to feel bad I'll look at trends and recognize "the problem" and the good moods remind me what I do to stay in the green. Very simple and helpful
