  • Quite helpful

I have only just started to use this app but so far it has made quite a great improvement in keeping track of my emotions and thoughts. Very easy to use and simple to get from point A to B.
  • Easy and Convenient

Just what I was looking for to see if I can find a trend or triggers to my moods.
  • Love it

Highly recommended specially if you're feeling down, changed my mood from 1-5 in less than an hr just by reading and replying.
  • Very inspiring, optimistic, and motivational

To keep it pretty short, this app is actually amazing. It's rare to find an app that's truly beneficial to yourself and others. It's moving to think that total strangers care so much about you and what you're going through. It's humbling to see that other people are having their own struggles, and you're not the only one in the world with problems. I highly recommend this app. Whether you're going through a bad time or a good time, there is always support waiting in your inbox. I'm very grateful for the development of this app

  • Still works great

I was away from this app for a few months but I'm back and it still works. Perfect balance of simplicity (a word-cloud of mood descriptors and a 1 to 5 star rating that's charted) and detail (option for notes to explain the mood) with the added perk of a community that can engage and reply and encourage along the way. This won't keep me up at night but I do worry that it's going to break with an iOS update one of these days, and it'll join history as another valuable app that died. But until then, enjoy it!

  • Great and comforting

i've always meant to make a mood journal, but it was hard to remember every mood i felt (i have BPD) or carry a notebook with me everywhere.
i was actually searching for the app "wise mind" and i saw this one. the low .99¢ few for a private journal is well worth it. the site is anonymous but it's nice to be able to publicly share some things and still be able to keep others private.
i will also be telling my therapist about this app because you share your account via email or text.

hope you guys enjoy the app as well

  • Does what it says it does

    See above.
  • Great app

This is a really good way to keep a track of my feelings, great displays of my emotions through colorful charts. It's also nice to be able to receive and give advice to other users, and generally just keep up with each other on a (quite literally) emotional level. My only issue thus far is that you have to pay in order to make private entries. It would be nice to not let some things go public, but at least if you're personal it lets people help, or if you don't want help you could just ignore their comments. 8/10, it's a wonderful app!

  • Very good

Really impressed with this. In the past I've kept personal mood diaries, and it usually fizzles out. The fact that you can choose to make your posts public seems to make this much more powerful. The feedback you can get / give is absolutely brilliant.
  • Thank you

It's a little hobby for me and I can use it to just keep track of things and remind me of good times. I really like the offline feature as I often feel the most knowledgeable about my day at 2am ; after my internet turns off. Also it's good if you're traveling or the Internet is bad, which it quite often is here due to conjestion. The best app by far in my opinion because it has no adverts and is nicely laid out so that it isn't overloading, which can be overwhelming to someone, especially if they are not in the best shape emotionally. Although I think there should be an option to choose to have either 5* or 10* rating option, this really has helped me and is played out nicely. Also, a "mark all read" thing would be good for notifications. Thank you so much~ 🌿🗝 EDIT: Two glitches I have found: if you type too much, all the words turn invisible and stuff, and if you scroll the date too far then it goes glitchy. An issue for me bc I write in ALL of diary entries from ever.
