  • Good way to express your feelings!

I sometimes feel like I can't talk to any of my family or friends about my depression. I just needed to get my feelings out there one day and found this app. I thought it was cool because I could see my mood changes and what caused them. You can write your entries privately or let others comment if you choose to go public. This is anonymous and the comments I've read and received let me know I'm not alone.

  • I'm lov'in it!

I love that I have a safe way to express myself. I love that I can other people's moods too....it makes me realize I'm not alone, everyone gas feelings their dealing with.
  • My therapist recommended this app.

I like that I can enter multiple moods during the day and that it provides a mathematical visual. Paid for the upgrade to have a private diary - didn't want to share with others. Simple design. Easy to use. Helpful for diagnostics and understanding. Thank you.
  • Great

Could never pen and paper journal my feelings for my psych. Now I can do it easily and create an intuitive graph. I begin antidepressants soon.

Supportive environment, but could trigger some people with extreme and intense suicidal tendencies.
  • Brilliant Idea

In a lot of ways, the free version is more valuable than the paid version. This app encourages the user to understand and label their feelings, which actually eases tension or stress. It allows for social engagement in a (mostly) safe environment free from social media. Other users can heart or comment on your mood. Because there are no profile pictures and only screen names, the anonymity gives way to vulnerability which is something every soul deeply desires particularly in a superficial social media laden world.

  • Love it way more than I first expected!!

Got it just to keep a log of my moods and honestly I'm really pleasantly surprised at how nice it really is, even the social aspect of seeing others feelings and getting responses while still remaining mostly anonymous

It's a really interesting way to address your own feelings and a great tool to help me manage my own emotions

Should there maybe be some way to report concern if someone posts about suicidal intents?

  • Just wanted a mood tracker

I'm sure the social functions are helpful for some people, but is it really so much to ask to be able to use a mood tracking app that doesn't share it with the world without having to pay for the privacy?
  • Kindness found

I've connected with so many nice people after only a week. I love this app.
  • Really great app

I suffer from anxiety and depression and this app acts as a journal, mood tracker (as the name suggests), and social media site like twitter. For starters, it's completely anonymous which I really like because you feel less apprehensive about speaking about your thoughts and struggles to strangers. Second, these strangers have more in common with you than you think and they quickly turn into your support group and you become theirs. Third, it really helps being able to express yourself while being free of judgement or scrutiny from friends and family who may not understand what you're going through. Honestly, if you are someone who is going through a tough time and need to just say what's on your mind or keep track of moments that trigger discomfort/stress or want to remember the things that make you happy enough to tell the world, I really recommend this app.

  • Very helpful

This is super useful every time I see my specialists as I don't have to explain how I've been, I simply show them! My Drs just love it! Also as I'm a person that is completely alone in my life I often find when things are really bad that someone kind will comment and give me a simple supportive idea etc that has worked for them which can most times be really needed. Never have I seen negative behaviour or comments on this app.
