Far Too Limited Functionality
Come on Checkfront you can do much better than this. Should be able to have a good amount of the web interface functionality in an app. For my purposes this is nearly useless.
Horrible and makes me very angry that I'm forced to use it.
The mobile web-based version isn't much better either.
Lacks the most basic functions
This app lacks any kind of useful functionality, you can’t change bookings or see them in time order without going to the actual booking . Can’t see if customers have signed a waiver. It really only can check someone in. That’s all.
Not all business have a computer or internet , some are off grid and rely on phones . Whilst Checkfront in general have great customer service there are a lot of things that need work. . Sorry guys but this is a major downfall. I hope you update soon !

Doesn’t do anything
You get nothing but a snapshot of your calendar with no function…
Can’t edit bookings
This app is useless if I can’t edit bookings.
Junk app
Unless the app for iPad is as user unfriendly as the program itself and I just can’t figure it out, I consider it to be junk. Can’t access any information on an invoice beyond notes and payments.
No support
We tried everything to go and make this our program we thought it would be easy.

Great app for booking
We have used checkfront for the past 4 years and it has made life easier
Great program, good app!
Really great program, the browser based system is amazing! Could use more features in the app but does most of what is completely essential, no glitches or trouble with the app though and love the program!
Needs more work
Would be nice to have more options in the app.
