I’ve been using Checkfront for my guide business
I have been using the checkfront app for my guide business since 2017. That ability to check dates on my phone when I’m out on the lake and immediately respond to customers with up to date availability take the stress out of managing bookings. I would highly recommend, as it is extremely easy to use.

Great app
A great app for a great tour booking system
Lacks basic and necessary functionality
It lacks such basic yet necessary functionality it’s unbelievable.
There is no way to see the booking times or calendar layout. You need to click into every booking for the info.
It’s also not possible to change a booking from the app.

Can check guests in, not much else
Very limited functionality. I just use the mobile site in safari instead of the app. It works for guides to meet guests in the field(unless the need shuttle pickups), and for charging guests on mobile with square, otherwise a waste of time.
Needs an overhaul ASAP
Really a piss poor app experience. You can do way better!!!!!
Never seems to work properly
Can not search for bookings using the calendar. Used to be able to- maybe it’s a bug that needs fixing. Don’t really use the app since it’s way less functional than desktop version.
Needs work
Completely useless, you can’t edit order or anything meaningful while using the app. You can’t open a map in Apple maps or google maps for and address. You can’t add items to an existing order and take payment. You can only creat a new separate order witch makes no sense if you’re with a current customer.
Overall this app is completely useless.

Perfecto. Simple.
Really poor functionality
The app pretty much doesn't do anything apart from display your bookings. You can't edit any products or anything useful, that other ecommerce apps can do. Really disappointed, especially as it's not a cheap product.
