The app works, but the design is antiquated

The app works great but I don’t understand for the life of me why a user can only make websites straight from the 90’s. The colors are dull, the website can’t really be customized and the font is, for lack of a better word, ugly. It doesn’t fit my needs so I will delete it.

Brilliant app, Brilliant Service and support, so professional.

I have built many websites in my time, they are complicated, time consuming and don’t usually look all that! I was asked to make a website voluntarily and so looked for something easier to use and across all platforms.

I was not disappointed, this looks professional, is easy to use and updates so quickly. It was everything I needed and everything a wanted all rolled into one.

To Tom, Yorick and Stephane, thank you for putting up with me and helping me get my website up and running so quickly. A fabulous service you provide. And so affordable too.

No it’s not easy had it before now I changed to new phone and having problems bring back it won’t even allow me to used my name now I trying to go back to Sharon’s art gallery and it keep giving me problems

THIS IS GOOD.

At a low price, this app gives me conveniences and control more than some great names in the profession with huge prices.
With my iPad in hand I can edit or add anything anytime
to my website . It never failed me. It has enabled me to build my own website better than some that were trying to charge me arm and leg. I am willing to take advantage of any future in house purchases on this app for more innovations and options as technology keeps climbing.
Well done SimDif. We are family now. Lol.

Excellent is all.

Just so easy and intuitive, you can produce an amazing web site that you will amaze and suprise yourself with the results.
After using SimDif for a couple of years, I’m still blown away by it, I can’t imagine why everyone doesn’t us it.

Support took a while but in the end they got it all perfect!

I made some mistakes in upgrading to Pro that caused problems. Age 85 is probably a little late to be creating websites but Yorick got everything taken care of and I thank him for his patience and determination.

Moving a site from an account to another one is usually impossible. We decided to make an exception and do it for you. It is not a simple operation. Then another problem occurred when you mistakenly updated to a Smart site when you wanted a Pro site, and then you updated to a Pro site on the wrong site. NO worries, it happens. But here again, it takes time indeed. We exchanged a few mails. We have explained the problem you have, and also explained the detailed steps of what to do to resolve it. Your subscriptions are managed by Apple, and not us, there is nothing we can do at this point in time. Sorry you do not think our customer service is satisfactory, we did everything in our power to support you with respect and kindness. Please update your review if and when satisfied. Have a good weekend.

Great website builder app

I have used this app for a few years now and find it straightforward and easy to use. I find the cost to be very reasonable (Pro site) comparing it to a prior program that charged over double the cost of Sim Dif. My site is maintained for a social/professional Club and I needed basic options with number of pages, array of designs, ability to post photos and videos, and option to set up contact page. I have been very pleased with the webpage I was able to design through Sim Dif.
