I was not disappointed, this looks professional, is easy to use and updates so quickly. It was everything I needed and everything a wanted all rolled into one.

THIS IS GOOD.
With my iPad in hand I can edit or add anything anytime
to my website . It never failed me. It has enabled me to build my own website better than some that were trying to charge me arm and leg. I am willing to take advantage of any future in house purchases on this app for more innovations and options as technology keeps climbing.

Moving a site from an account to another one is usually impossible. We decided to make an exception and do it for you. It is not a simple operation. Then another problem occurred when you mistakenly updated to a Smart site when you wanted a Pro site, and then you updated to a Pro site on the wrong site. NO worries, it happens. But here again, it takes time indeed. We exchanged a few mails. We have explained the problem you have, and also explained the detailed steps of what to do to resolve it. Your subscriptions are managed by Apple, and not us, there is nothing we can do at this point in time. Sorry you do not think our customer service is satisfactory, we did everything in our power to support you with respect and kindness. Please update your review if and when satisfied. Have a good weekend.
