Update is rubbish!
This app was excellent. My phone auto updated to the new app on Friday. Tried to book a regular class with my gym this morning and won’t load at all! Keep getting an error message ‘failed to contact the server in a reasonable time’. It also says ‘you have no upcoming sessions this week’ even though I have 2 booked. Turned off phone and still the same, will delete app and download again to see if that fixes it but shouldn’t have to do this!

Good but with one glaring issue
You should not be able to book a class when the cancellation window for it has closed in my opinion. My phone is broken and as a result I booked a class that I'm not going to and cannot cancel it because it is outside of the cancellation window
Slow and poor search
The system is slow to access the class options and often gets a server error before completing a booking
To find a class you have to scroll through all classes in time order - adding a favourites or some way to navigate to specific classes ie squash or swim would really help make it easier to use.

Not Great
The app doesn’t work and had to ring the gym to book a session because I keep getting a error message saying the gym has to authorise it. Shame could be really good app, as was recommended by the gym itself.
Don’t bother
This app has the potential to be great. It is let down by glitches in log in and lack of back up customer service. If you forget your password. Please try again later. Not good if you need access to check in. GymInstructor isn’t much much good and lacks detail. I would of happily paid the monthly subscription if it was all sorted.

Does not work
I have been a member of my gym for 3 years and tried using this app so many times. I have to use the desktop version because the app has never let me log in. I have logged tickets with the support group and I was initially advised that the issue had been escalated but never heard back. Not fit for purpose.

Needs improvement
A useful app, but needs option to sync with calendar and some class searching options e.g. day of the week, time window and by title
Reset password doesn’t work
Never received a reset password link so locked out of account - no matter how many times I put the (correct) email in the app it won’t let me reset my password
Nice and simple booking app
Syncing with calendar and allowing you to remove yourself from a waiting list would be helpful additional functions and make it 5*s.
Good app, needs better integration
Good app, just wish when you booked a class it would sync with your calendar, would make it soooooo much better.....
