The driver picked me up on the Shankill and brought me Antrim road was a motivation came up that there was rioting on Shankill and I asked him could he wait and bring me back as no way home he did even thou was uncomfortable and a risk to him. Appreciate the serviceC257293636262
Reliable, fast service
Pre booked on Saturday, through the App, early Sunday morning taxi for hospital appointment. Driver arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled time and got us to hospital in good time. Also, booked a taxi on app for the return journey home and driver arrived within minutes of ordering. Drivers very efficient and friendly. Driver is a credit to the company
After drivers cancelling three times, this gentleman called me in advance to notify me that he was arriving soon. I said to him I needed to get home quickly due to an emergency, he drove safely, calmly and was very respectful of how I was in that moment. We also had good conversation that helped calm me. This driver (I did not get his name unfortunately) is a credit to the company that I have little respect for. A true redeeming moment for Value.Show lessDanmur23885

Poor service
Travelling to the airport and booked the taxi several days in advance. Pick up time arrived , but no taxi. I rang, and got an automated voice telling me that they were looking for a driver to fulfil my booking. They couldn’t even give an estimated time until pick up. Thankful we were able to make alternative arrangements and got our flight- no thanks to Valuecabs. Ridiculous when you get to the airport and there is a whole row of Value cabs sitting waiting for incoming flights (none due for quite a while) but no taxi could be found to pick us up and take us to the airport! Am going to delete this app and use Fonacab instead.Show lesstesco876
Customer experience
Have got a few taxis lately and each time there’s been an issue with card payments.
The driver took card payment on my most recent journey but didn’t want to make a stop unless I paid in cash. Not the biggest deal but also not great customer experiences both times as you’re made to feel uncomfortable and as though you are really putting the out by not having cash.
A lot of friends have had the same experience and same feeling of being uncomfortable.Show lessC4tty0717

Rude drivers. The worse cab company I’ve ever used, drivers leave you stranded on the road and even takes a whole hour to arrive

Don’t dare travel outside of Belfast
Travelling for work and flying if I to the international airport. Before boarding my flight into Belfast I booked my taxis to collect me on arrival and when I landed the booking had been cancelled by them. Contacted them via phone to find out the reason why and was informed that due to the fact my destination was outside of Belfast area I needed to be charged and additional £20 on top of the fair.
