Cant say enough about how horrible this app is

Going to get charger for the same flight twice, $1500 worth, because every time I would pay for it the whole thing would disappear then it would make me do it again and stupid me fell for it. Every time I click on the booking it tells me there was an error???? No way of seeing any details or your booking. “Bo” who is the only person you can chat with is useless. This whole thing is stupid I’ve never been more angry

Worst airline booking process

I’ve travelled to over 40 countries with dozens of airlines and this is easily the airline worst/app website booking process I’ve ever come across. The website constantly crashes, airport names can’t be found, prices change on a whim and there are lots of dark UX patterns to get you to pay more than you need to. It’s a disgrace to user experience and customer service. I urge you to book with another airline if possible.

Boycott air Asia

I’ve been telling this to everyone now.
My last flight delayed 4 times and I got stuck at the airport for 30 plus hrs. Air Asia did not give me a compensation. It cost me 500$ plus in loss because of missing connecting flights and busses, and the booking and tours following the flight. Air Asia refused to pay me back. There are cheaper airlines. If you check “flight status” checker you can see that air Asia flights are delayed all the freakin time. I’m right now gathering proof and finding more people who have experienced same as me, so I can take air Asia to court. They don’t let us talk to a human a freaking robot who’s chat word limit is too low for me to even explain the horrror I faced for 30plus hrs at the airport. So yeahs if you faced the same join me.

CAREFUL

This is a 3d party app/service. Don’t be fooled thinking it’s Air Asia. If you book flight with MOVE it’s 100% non refundable and not changeable according to the BOT I waited almost 2 hours to speak to. Very disappointed.

Is not refunding money

My review is DO NOT USE! I tried to make a booking for a flight from Kathmandu to Bangkok on September 23, money was taken out and nearly instantly confirmed as booking failed. It is now December 19th and I still haven’t received my refund. They claim that they can’t refund the money because a third part airline was involved, because they don’t have my card information, because I don’t respond fast enough to emails. This is entirely AirAsia’s fault, not mine and they cannot seem to do anything. When I first tried to get information, the chat robot “Bo” was utterly useless, and has been from the start of me using this app, and when I finally did get a representative they were not much better. I asked for credit when they said they had problems refunding the money, as I still needed a flight, but they said AirAsia doesn’t due credit. However, I know that to be a lie as I have people who have confirmed AirAsia gave them credit to fly, and looking online most reviews mention getting credit for another flight, not refunds.

For fellow travelers, I understand that you may not have many options for airlines, especially if you are in SE Asia, this is one of the most common. So if you must use AirAsia my advice is DO NOT use them for long flights and DO NOT trust them as a third party representative. Only book AirAsia with AirAsia! If something goes wrong they will not help you.

Worst App experience ever!

I cannot purchase new flight on app-as no option to pay with cc.
Cannot check in to flight from app.
Extremely disappointing.

The worst app

When you design a website, you need to write some codes for the buttons and links to work.
The links are there but they don’t work. You can find the past booking but you can’t add it. You can search your email for points but you can’t add it. What’s the point of having an app when it doesn’t work?!?

No way to contact human person

This is just so annoying, there is no simple way to modify a flight whatsoever directly apart from talking to the bot who is not helpful at all. I need to wait 7 days just a modify a flight. Add a warning message to tell people that it takes 7 days to change or modify flights so they use different airlines who can modify in few days. This is so frustrating, there is no way to call or contact the airline.

Unreliable since MOVE

This app has been very unreliable. Bookings have been difficult as my last booking I could NOT select premium flex but booked anyway and the booking was confirmed but was not confirmed on the app. Even now it says that even though I’m in Bali. I was not sent an itinerary or proper 6 digit booking number. I only managed to get an itinerary as I was sent an email to add upgrades which had the proper 6 digit booking number so I could go on the app and find it. Really poor. This app was one of the best but now one of the worst. Even now it wanted an upgrade in the app but not on iTunes. Have you been hacked?? How did this app get so bad so quick????? You are going to lose a lot of business. Please get it sorted to how it was, even 6months ago I had no problems and was more than happy to recommend and book. I’m very concerned about this.
