Not again Air Asia
After flight canceled and rebooked by Air Asia , my flight landed after my booked Air Asia flight home had already left . Was granted a full refund , had waited 3 mths then on next flight, I had spoken to Air Asia check in staff at the international airport in Kota Kinabalu . They were helpful , but on return to my home country I get a message via email stating my refund has been credited into my Air Asia member account, I want a full refund as I was told I would get into the card it was taken from as confirmed by Air Asia . Almost beyond words how bad Air Asia have treated me . I can not fly with a company that has blatantly ripped me off . They only owe me $200 Aus , but that’s my $200 not there’s .Show lessdickheadskunts
This app is terrible
If it’s not one thing that’s terrible. It’s the next! I try to check in and then the screen goes blank! I never got an email verifying my confirmation. On the application says I’m confirmed, but it doesn’t give me the whole confirmation number that I can put in to check in manually! This is a mess!
And when everything does work, things won’t go through because it says the prices are changed.
And when the prices don’t change, I try to put my expiration date in for my passport, but it won’t let me. It goes back to the original number. Everything is just a big waste of time!
Eventually, after a very long time, it passes!
My new complaint is if I choose round-trip, they only give me two choices for airlines on the way back. If I try to buy them one way, I have many many choices for both directions!!Show lessPhil 123321

Update Not working
Unable to manage booking since update from air Asia to Move.
Had to purchase extra luggage at the airport which was way more expensive. Counter staff couldn’t care less that their app was costing me moneyJrod was taken
Union pay error
Simply cannot pay with Union Pay. Always goes to some error page. Maybe coz I’m in China?? Idk? Been trying to book flights from Bkk to Chongqing for the last week and only have Union Pay at my disposal!! So I’m screwed really!
App seems a little buggy tbh. Sometimes just can’t search for airports at all when looking for a flight.
A few times as well it wants to update but always gets stuck at 20% and I have to delete the app and download it again.Show lessBBQBOD

Poor app
You can’t add up coming flights to the app. So there is no prompt when to check in. You have to go back and check your email for the book ref number then add it and your surname to check in.
Even after check in, lucky I saved to board pass to my wallet, because it won’t load again. Says error. Airasia do better. It will make our and your life much easier. I don’t usually do reviews, But airasia can easily move with the times and the completionShow lessCollect em all
Horrible experience
I made a booking, which still doesn’t show up in my app. When booking without a hotel additional sporting baggage was $70, I decide to book with a hotel and additional sporting baggage was not an available add on in the checkout process. I went to add additional baggage again and the price was $94 but checkout failed and I was not able to purchase.
I decided to reach out to support, they offer a call back service (I have heard nothing) and a useless chat bot that does not let you ever speak with a real person.
I checked a flight without hotel again and it was $70. Why is there a price discrepancy between booking a flight and booking one with a hotel. Why can’t I see my booking in the app? Why does adding baggage never load in the app or the website?
If you’re going to rely on technology so heavily and remove the ability to reach real people then you should make sure your technology stack is more stable. Absolutely horrible experience without anyone to speak to, flight and hotel stays are important purchases for many people and it seems like Air Asia don’t seem to care.Show lessClomasss

Very poor navigation, bookings made and paid do not show up in your account, checkin is difficult and boarding passes do not download properly. This application operates like something from the early 1990s. It makes me wonder how AirAsia manages operations and flight safety.eagle3421
