  • Over charged “for delay in booking details to payment page in the app”

    Apparently airasia is able to aver charge you in any flight once you change from booking details to payment method with the app/page (my case was 4 min to fill out both).
    They haven’t disclosed any details about the extra amount deducted from my account after booking my flight, on the ticket (receipt) received by airasia indicates a different amount than the one charged to my card.
    The costumer service assured that they are able to do that due the time difference in between booking details and payment method. They have also mentioned that I can check on the breakdown of the price to know extra fees, which I have but I doesn’t mention anywhere the excess charged to me, and I either received a email to clarify this.

  • Cannot Complete Profile

    I have tried to complete my profile to use the app but cannot get past the first hurdle due to a glitch in the app. When I fill in my phone number, it has a 1 in the 3rd to last number of a 10 number string. When try to verify the number using an OTP, the OTP request screen which captures your number from your profile doesn’t register the 1. I have tried inserting other numbers in the space and it works. Only 1 doesn’t but it means I cannot verify my number and this cannot get into the app at all. Incredibly frustrating.

  • Confusing

    Very hard to navigate. Can’t find my flights
  • Can’t key in information

    I cant use the app because it keeps asking me to complete my profile but it doesn’t open the keyboard where I need to key in my information.
  • This used to be a fantastic app!

    Sorry but the Air Asia app used to be fantastic. You knew of upcoming flights and deals and could base travel with those notifications. Now it is up to your decisions without the help of the app.
  • Zero…your app is useless

    You have cancelled my legitimate case based on a lie!
    You claim I havnt sent the documents yet they have been sent multiple times from multiple email addresses.
    Your customer support is useless
  • Worst airline app

    Won’t let you do anything unless you log into an account. You are forced to “complete your profile” before you can do anything, including VERIFYING a phone number, like why?? Having an onerous login and verification system to do something like checkin is ridiculous. They should have a way to check in and view your trips without having an account. This app is utterly useless.

  • AirAsia Travel Points

    We are a family of 6 who has been travelling via AirAsia to Kuala Lumpur from Australia. We have been trying so hard to have flight purchase points added to our account. We have visited their office in KL and they say can’t help. Insist on speaking to their manager, but gets shut down. Asked us to email and several sent no response after almost a year now.

    How can we be loyal customers to you if you cannot accomodate a simple thing thing like that? Please assist us!

  • Waiting to use credit!

    Have used AirAsia many times but when Covid hit I had many flights booked and after days of trying to sort out some flight credits, I thought it was done but every time I try to use them they make it impossible! I’ve ended up just booking through another airline. Bad business AirAsia.
  • Don’t bother with this App

    The payment fails, which maybe a bigger issue with AirAsia’s overall payment system, but you will be going down a rabbit hole trying to locate Support through this App. Whoever passed the UI/UX for this app needs to go to back to school. Awful user experience.
