I use Air Asia for traveling around south east Asia and couldn't be happier.
A budget airline with the added options if required is perfect for everyone and I shall continue using them.

Did not show return flight
This app is not very useful. It did show my outbound flight (BKK-MLE) but I was unable to find, check in, or show my return flight (MLE-BKK) one week later. Even your website was highly confusing (had to click BKK-MLE to “check in” for return flight. Website check in did not affect or fix the app.Yomama96
Buggy!
When it works it ok but very buggy and unreliable. While it works on iPhone, it will not recognize user name/password on iPad. I’ve troubleshot everything and it just will not work. iPhone version crashed just I was about to board flight; luckily (since I’m wary of the app) I had a paper boarding pass, but that would have been a pretty crappy situation if I had not had paper.Show lessturnervisuals
Differently terrible from the website
The UX of this app combined with the modernity of this airline would lead you to think the booking process will be easy; WRONG. Clunky, time consuming and with errors to confuse in just the right areas to force a mistake and incur extra charges through add ons or errors which void entire flight. Fortunately as a fraud expert they didn’t catch me out but will get many others. I would say fix it but they won’t as I am sure the poor operation of this app nets them millions every year. Good and bad
Overall a lot of things can be completed using the app which is great. However, loading of information/communication with Air Asia’s servers is extremely slow making the whole experience somewhat frustrating.Haru2122
Erratic
So I just booked a ticket. It showed paid from an immediate message I got from Amex. But not paid on the Air Asia website. They wanted me to pay again. Can you imagine? Very annoying as obviously wrong. I called from USA to Bangkok. The good news is that the agent was very helpful and said it was all ok and gave me a ticket confirmation number.Show lessPeter, Austin
Poor App
Please redesign the App, page is difficult to navigate, don’t needs many information to get to destination, search around from other airline see how they developed their. Also design Touch ID and Face ID to login.Unsuccess
May be change the APP
I have been using AirAsia APP for year always had trouble with the Payment and dates and feed back from the bank , twice to return back to the precedent page I did not check the date again then in the airport I was 1 month early I had to transfer the ticket to the new one it cost me a fortune.Ghhefrenchie
Ticket payment and friend & relative list
Lousy app. Been booked through this but suddenly when payment just stop I don’t know whether payment go through or not. Friends and relatives list gone have to re enter also can find on list. What happen????tinacbl
