Why are there many error message too often?
Trying to book a flight but got error messages more than 5times so have to go out and come
back to app and key in detail data over and over again😨😰😨😰😨😰Pls fix this issue asapswkr
Poor Check in Process
The worst of all of this app’s lack of functionality is that I am never able to check in to my flight from the barcode screen where it asks for email/phone number. Their website is also conveniently not working, making it impossible to check in to flights before arriving to the airportarireviews
Website issues
I’ve attempted to book 6 or 7 times through google chrome and IE. Both browsers have ‘slide to verify not a robot’ error. I tried mobile app but the cost summary wasn’t adding up properly (value pack says comes with standard meal yet the total cost included cost for meal).
I cleared cache and browser history and IE fixed the robot verification error but the payment page failed, kept freezing. I tried google again but again, robot verification error after clearing cache and browser history.
Finally had to use my mobile app without value pack add so I had to add one each item manually. Unfortunately, mobile app does not allow an option to select xcite entertainment. This is the most stupidest experience ever.
When I first started the purchasing, I was going to purchase premium for my parents but by the time I managed to get it working, the premium seats have already doubled in price.
Super frustrated, annoyed and if it’s not for my parents’ preference to fly Airasia, I would never want to put up with your stupid purchasing platforms ever again.Show lessDeniseooihk
Best low cost airline I’ve ever flown in
AirAsia has to be the best low cost airline I have ever flown in.
The staff both on the ground and in the air have always been so helpful and are very polite.
To make up the cost of cheaper air fares than other carriers, they have to charge for everything they can as this is necessary to recoup or make up the difference.

I booked a flight for my friend on the 12th of June 2018 Flight # Z2 327 from MNL to Tacloban, she was already at the airport & terminal hours before the flight, when suddenly the kiosk of the check-in machine isn’t showing her flight & then she ask it number of times to an attendant who was also wasn’t professionally knowledgeable about the flight time of that said Flight # Z2 327. Very poor accessibility & communication & lack of helpfulness from the crew itself. Because of that it cost her her flight & the supervisor wasn’t helpful to make amends about the confusion not only she was left from the flight but 4 other customers were force to get a new ticket without any amends, all forfeited because of the poor of execution of your company. Never will I be a customer with Airasia again my good sir/ma’am. NEVER AGAIN. P.S All your flights are always delayed.Show lessZekegrey
Not user friendly for first time users
This app auto fills a lot of information especially birthdays, and as a first time user I didn’t recognize what it was doing. I realized it immediately after submitting my purchase but even 40 seconds later I couldn’t change my order. I spent an hour in the phone with customer service and they couldn’t help me so I bought new tickets... and lost 5000 baht (about 150 USD)lots of things that could be improvedShow lessleonidasreticuli
Good low cost alternative airline
I find their planes clean and their service better compared to another low cost airline. Also more convenient.Evelynp.
Bug in the flight search
I’d like to report a hug to the developer but the App Support takes me to Air Asia customer support. I guess this is another bug. I’ve search for a flight and it comes up with the flight on the requested date but it shows flights to a different city. So the banner is correct but the list of flights underneath shows wrong route. Can someone fix this please. I can’t trust the app to book a flight like this. Thanks.Show lessXdeedee85
Woefully frustrating
Get through to payment and it never goes through, no error first time, just bounces back to payment page. Then bubble popups saying my membership number doesn’t exist, or that my cc provider doesn’t accept 0 fees.Dezroy
