Used to work. Now doesn’t.
I used this app for years paying £1.49 per month for premium and thought it worth the money. I sync it across 3 Apple and 1 Windows device. All used to work very well. In the last six months at the end of every month it has said my subscription had expired despite the money being taken by direct debit. Each month I had to contact support because the app wasn’t working. It was resolved at first but the problem recurred every month. It has not been sorted and now support have stopped answering any emails even when I told them I would have to cease payment if they couldn’t sort it out. No response. I was paying for a service I wasn’t receiving so have reluctantly stopped using the app and stopped the direct debit. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.

Problems with cross-platform sync
A Year Ago:
I use the todo scheduler app both on my iPhone and on my iMac. I recently did a reset on one of them to make sure they each had the same data. But since then, changes on one platform are not being replicated on the other platform, even when I sync both and even when I quit both and restart. I'm going to have to restrict myself to making changes only in my iPhone while resetting the iMac version every day or two. Frustrating since I've been a user for many years. This problem is recent.

Amazing todo list app
I recently had an issue with one of my work lists on my computer version of the app. I sent in a support request and am so amazed and gratified by the quick response and the detailed work of the support team in helping me resolve the issue. They kept at it until the issue was resolved. I couldn’t recommend this app more highly!
