It’s a decent application but not a great one
I gave it only 4 stars but I would have given it a 4.5 star rating if it was available. I think in my opinion the application still needs some improvement to make it a 5 star review. I would like to see less need to authenticate my account as much as I do, yes I understand that it is a security issue but still it needs to occur less often. I wish I could use facial recognition or fingerprint verification as a means to sign in.
I also would like to see the joint account separate from my private account so I can have some acceptable amount of privacy that all my information for both of my accounts does not just show up for anyone else to see what both accounts balances are.
I don’t have access to my wife’s account but she does have access to my personal account when she needs access to bill payer.
The joint account should be accessible to both of us.
Not just me.

What the heck, Addition Financial?!?!
I’ve been a member for 30 years, but the app and the online banking website haven’t been working for at least 2 weeks and it’s to the point where it’s time to switch to another bank. I can’t access my accounts. If you call them, their system is down. If you’re lucky, you can get onto the website or app for a couple minutes at best. I can’t pay my Addition Financial credit card bill because it stops working before I can make the transfer. Completely unacceptable for a bank. Seriously concerning when you can’t access your accounts.

Easy and convenient
I signed up for the app because I don’t have a branch close to where I live. With my debit card I have access to pay bills online and to make check deposits through the app. I am notified of my balance daily. I am also notified immediately of any charges I make using the debit card. This is so convenient.

This app needs work
I have been with addition since they took over the previous credit union. I don’t mind the institution itself, but this app is really not that good. I am constantly having to delete it and reinstall it because at some point it just stops recognizing my password, or my Face ID, even though every other app still functions appropriately. the most recent issue is that it just keeps spinning when trying to login, in an area where every other app, including downloads, and updates to large apps is working at pretty high speed.

Needs work
1. When you bring up a check image and then dismiss it, the app should take you back to the place you were at in the list, not the entry point for entering the list.
2. During sign-in, there should be the option to show your password.
The app for another bank I am a member of does both of the above and I like it much better.

Not reliable while traveling
We travel to the Bahamas frequently I have 2 step Authenticator turned on for extra protection. The app only works about half of the time. We rely on online banking for extend trips and I have not been able to log on for over one week. So no bills are getting paid I will need to give someone my log in to get my banking done. Very disappointed in this app since the change from CFE.

Improved but buggy
While as of the most recent update, the interface and features of the app have been greatly improved, it has caused signins to be extremely slow and unreliable. On multiple occasions have I waited at the spinning “wait” icon only to be rewarded with “an error occurred” pop up. This has continuously happened over the past few months irrespective of internet connection type, time of day, or location. As a result, checking your balance is better handled using the website on a computer, or through a third party app; however I should not have to do either to do so.

Terrible app
I haven’t been able to log in for two weeks. Keep getting the “Something went wrong “ error message. Please try again. Wait on hold forever till I give up. I can sign on with my computer, not my phone. What gives?
Now it won’t allow me to write another review.
This week I tried to pay my bill. It says to press the send button once. I did but nothing happened. I don’t want to press it again for fear of double paying. Come on guy’s, fix this thing!

Great app
I moved to another city in Florida and the closest branch is 2+ hours away. I have been with Addition Financial for 30 years and did not want to change banks. This app on my phone is perfect for me. I do all of my banking using this app or accessing the website on my laptop. The app is user friendly and I am happy that I get to stay with Addition Financial.

Great update!
This app was recently updated and I couldn't be happier with all of the improvements. Fast Balances is easier to find, and the look and feel is a bit sleeker. I also have fewer issues at sign in, and it just seems to be a big step up.
