Not user friendly
Had to request to get billpay turned on — whaa? Have to wait 30 days to make a mobile deposit - wha decade is this? Ummm hello DFCU, if I am changing my banking to you, I need to be able to make deposits and pay bills ASAP very first touchpt w user asks foe member number — guess what?! They actually want you to enter your user name. I am disappointed and so wish that I had demanded a review of their mobile and online interface before moving my banking to DFCU. I expect a modern interface and more interactive options options foe partitioning my savings (eg xmas fund, big trip fund, car fund, etc)

Great!, Super!, Fantastic! DFCU ROCKS!
It’s been a few years since we’ve switched over to DFCU after the bank we were with let us down with account compromise after compromise. After the fourth time we switched over and we’ve been very happy with DFCU. It’s not to say that the same wouldn’t happen but the service and attention is by far second to none. Many thanks for being our Go To Banking institution.

Poor app
Using the app you have to go through multiply pages to get where you want to go when you use Bill Pay. And then getting out of it is very slow. Also when using Bill Pay the calendar is awkward and often difficult to get to go away and. When you try to send the bills the calendar keeps opening. There is another page to view your bills in but you can’t see all your bills at one time which I don’t like. Other than the bill portion I like the app but paying bills is clumsy.

Best App ever
This app has spoiled me. It’s the best app ever, my phone is full of apps from everywhere, stores, banks, insurance companies, you name it I got it. If there is an app for that, I have it. They are all measured by this one. It’s easy to use everything is properly departmentalized it’s just a great app that’s always improving.

Consistent and reliable
For simple tasks, like making a transfer or paying a credit card bill, it’s easy and convenient to use. I do wish there were other things I could do through the app, without redirecting to the website, but really, the app can *reliably* handle 90% of what I need to do: I don’t feel like I have to double-check it later on the site because of some kind of internal error, and that’s genuinely refreshing.

Super convenient
I can get whatever answers I need regarding my money as quickly as I need it from this app- it’s probably the most convenient one I have on my phone. To be able to check my balance or make a transfer while I am checking out at the grocery store is pretty awesome!
Credit card balance payment not working
I find the app generally useful and efficient except for one glaring problem. When trying to pay my credit card balance a pop up asks me to update my paperless billing agreement, at least that’s what I think it is because the while document is not visible, you can’t scroll down and sign or okay it and you can’t bypass it either. So you can’t make the payment. So frustrating. Please fix this.

Info on the go, in one easy app!
Love the dfcu app! It makes accessing all the info I need for daily banking quick and easy. Checking balances, transactions, and mobile check deposit is a snap. I use it all the time and on the go. Only thing is it occasionally asks me to re-register my device, which takes a few more steps, but just means they are on top of better security measures.

Nice app
Although every once in a while the full menu isn’t offered (bill pay, transfer, etc), this app is pretty reliable. The couple times that the full menu wasn’t offered I was able to go to full site on Safari and access what I needed. Love, love , love mobile deposit. One of the first financial institutions to offer this great convenience.
