  • Very user friendly

    It’s very easy to see the whole process and see what is outstanding and can communicate directly on the App

    Easy to use, quick and gives you all the information you need with quick and up to date info.👍👍

    App allows you to securely receive documents and updates quickly and no longer waiting for the post. You can’t complete forms on line which would be better though
  • Pointless

    The mortgage broker/agent, requested that I load down the app because it would be really useful. However, the mortgage paperwork appeared on emails rather than on the app( until I mentioned that I could see them on the app) Also the app only records texts and gives very basic tracking of the mortgage status and doesn’t allow any facility to upload documents. Unfortunately the app doesn’t appear to provide any greater facility than regular emails/emails and unlike messenger or what’s app you don’t even know if the agent has read your messages you have sent within the app. Generally I do not see that it has any purpose. Disappointed.

  • Great app

    This app makes finding all of your documentation very easy as it is all in the same place. You can keep track of your mortgage application progress without holding on the phone trying to get through to your team. If you message your team from the app, they reply almost immediately or call you straight back. It works well so far and I am sure that it will keep working well.

    Great app, made something that can be time consuming and frustrating very simple. Really enjoyed being able to see the progress of the application.

    This is the second time I have used Fluent and cannot fault them. Everyone is so friendly and always puts you at ease.

  • Amazing service

    There are with every step of the way, the app is fantastic as you can track right from the initial stages the progress of the application, they explain every document you need to supply, how to go it etc. Really down to earth team members I had as well, which made me feel at ease with the whole process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

  • App is ok but I wouldn’t recommend the company

    Made a finance application, jumped through all the hoops. Provided all the info required and was told ‘yep this should t be a problem’ by the numerous ‘dedicated’ case officers I seemed to have.
    They always preferred to phone me, never messaging through the app either.
    3 weeks later a one minute phone call from yet another case officer to tell me due to the cost of living increases I won’t be getting the loan.
    They couldn’t get off the phone quick enough.
    I’ve gone through weeks of sourcing the info they wanted, telling creditors things will be sorted, endless waiting, loads of time on the phone and I’m no better off and now have a hard credit search on my report.

  • Very professional and friendly team

    Although my application hasn’t yet been completed, this is the second time of dealing with Fluent Money , I can honestly say that the team are excellent in all my dealings. Very thorough and answered my questions fully. I could highly recommend Fluent Money. Simply the Best!
