Industry Standard Floorplan Software
Planup (formerly The Mobile Agent) is the industry standard for floor plans for estate agents and energy assessors.
From an estate agents perspective, the software is capable of producing plans quickly and with relatively little knowledge. Having a grasp of how houses go together is an advantage, but it’s certainly not something your regular Joe Public couldn’t pick up with half an hours training.
For energy assessors, the ability to link it with Elmhurst Energy’s RDSAP GO software makes for rapid onsite surveying and reduces audit times significantly. There’s a couple of minor gremlins in there, but I produce half a dozen plans every day and I wouldn’t even consider using anything else.Show lessSteve Norfield

I use plan up for floor plans and I find it very easy to use with great results.
The introduction of the I pad and then I phone software have made it very versatile and suits my needs perfectly.

We have been using PlanUp for the past five years and the latest version allows us to draw fast accurate plans on site quickly and intuitively.
If you are looking to produce floor plans that are great looking with lots of custom branding colours then look no further than this app.

If you require Floorplan software that is easy to use, produces quality Floorplans to industry standards, together with customer support, on the rare occasion you need some help, then look no further.
I have been a customer of Planup for many years and while staying abreast of developments in floor planning products elsewhere there is nothing in my view to compete with their combination of a great product, ongoing development and the support provided whenever you need it. The support team are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and keen to resolve any questions you may have. The software is regularly updated with new developments and the team are open to suggestions for product improvement ideas.

After using the app for the first time since the update I’ve changed the rating. It crashed on me and lots all but one room. Wouldn’t let me back on and now I can’t get back onlinejoncagent

Hi there, we have an auto-recover feature that I guess you were not aware off, so you shouldn't ever lose a plan. Curved Wall issue
This has been great. I have been using it for 3 years now and it has been by far the best floor plan app I’ve ever used, however the latest update got rid of one of the best features of the app which is “edit curve” for curved walls. I do a lot of properties with curved walls and this has been my saving grace. Looks like I’m going to have to move on to a new app unless they undo this “fix”.Show lessJstaiger84

Hi there, unfortunately we had to remove this as a result to improvements to other area's of the software. We do intend to re-implement it but at the moment we don't have a time line on when it will be re-added, but we do hope in the coming months. What would be helpful to us is examples where you need to edit the curve. In the UK it's really not that often you get a curved wall that isn't a standard curve (which you can still do, you just can't edit them). This was part of the reason we took it out. The worst app in existence
This app has caused more confusion and frustration than any other piece of technology I’ve ever used. I would rather hand sketch my plans than use this app.Thamitchman
