Doesn’t Work on nok-Danish Phones
The app used to work on my US phone. Now it doesn’t. Despite calling support and reinstalling the app ( what no auto updates?) the app thinks I am not in DK when the app’s map shows my location at CPH.
Restarting the phone didn’t help. Logging off didn’t work and now I cannot log on again using my U.S. number.
The developers need to test this app for usability. Example try changing the country code.
The app has a hard time saving payment info too

I never got to use the app myself because it would not accept any of my card payments. I had my friend purchase my tickets the entire time I was in Copenhagen.Cannot access in Denmark with US phone number

The app does not let you enter a non Danish phone number to access the app. It keeps coming up with error messages. What a shame.Not accepting Visa card
I’m not really sure how well the app works, my INTERNATIONAL visa credit card, which I’ve been using 10 times a day successfully in Copenhagen, is denied by this app for security reasons. My credit card company was never asked to validate the charge, this app never tried and so I’m riding the bus for free todayShow lessNon-starter
I got the app to accept my US phone number, and two hours later, I’m still waiting for the text message to confirm my phone number. Went back and triple-checked the phone number, and asked for a new code a few times; no dice. Glad I didn’t try this while waiting for the bus.
There’s an old version of this app that used to work great. I’m sure this will too, once it gets over the starting hill. Good luck.Show lessNo Skåne
I like to take periodic trips to Skåne to visit the countryside. Skånetraffiken’s app allows me to choose my street in Copenhagen and my destination in Skåne and even gives me instructions on which bus/trains to take to get there and back. DOT doesnt even allow you to pick a destination in Skåne (as far as I can see).
All the effort for a new app and their app is still not as good as Skåne’s. Why dont you call the public xsit dep in Skåne and ask them who made their app?Show lessBetter than Android version

I’ve been using it for 4 years straight. I really like the new version, but why on earth the starting date is the first working day of the week for the new pendlerkort? I just have spent 850 kroner only to find myself without a ticket, because it didn’t even occur to me that the default value for the starting date might be anything other than todays date!
