Not a Scam

I genuinely thought Seat Geek was a scam because the prices were a lot lower than every other ticket vendor. It’s super easy to use and always reliable, Hozier was great!!

Fake tickets. Customer service not helpful

They have a purchase guarantee, but I received invalid fake tickets. Nightmare at the box office and had to just buy new tickets on ticketmaster. I have had to continually reach out to customer service to look into my issue and request a refund as they keep losing my file in their system….first and last time using seat geek
