Do not purchase priority pass
I recently purchased a Priority Pass ticket with Wizz Air, hoping for a smoother and more efficient boarding experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of money. While Priority Pass passengers are allowed to board first, it’s just for show because we all end up waiting on the same bus before getting to the plane. I went through first as a Priority Pass passenger, only to wait around 30 minutes on a cramped bus until all other passengers boarded. The whole ‘priority’ experience was pointless, and it felt like a hollow marketing tactic rather than a genuine benefit. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for Priority Pass – it doesn’t add any real value.

Seems like somehow I’ll get scammed
The whole process of booking a flight, is them trying to slip you up until you make a mistake and have to pay extra! This is a disgusting business practice and shouldn’t be supported!

No customer service available
I purchased tickets to go to a concert in Austria. When the concerts got cancelled due to a confirmed bomb threat, I cancelled my flights. They offer only a credit and no cash back. I’ve unsuccessfully tried to contact them multiple times, but there is no support email to be found. I looked through their call center, and there are no numbers for the United States at all. Chatting with a virtual assistant also gets you nowhere as it does not provide a number for US assistance or an email. Very unhappy with Wizz airline as they do not offer the customer support I need.

Expensive add-ons
It’s convenient because they flight to good places and planes are decent. However, the add-ons are too expensive. I understand that low-cost airlines live on add-ons but they are expensive. Once you compare final prices with other higher quality airlines, the difference is not much or sometimes even more expensive. Next time I buy my flights I will check and compare final costs with add-ons with other options.

We had more than 2 hour delay in the roma airport and after that you hold passenger 1,30 hour inside the flight!!! .our lugage broken and i think your airline have a grate problem
