They donโt have customer service no number to call. To top all this their employees starting at check in. Flight attendants. All. Have big attitude

Disgusting money eaters!
Because thereโs no other air flight company that covers the east side of Europe , Wizz Air treats their customers appallingly. The only thing that this company cares about itโs money. If they could charge for the breathing air they would. When you call them and ask questions they incapable to resolve the query and their attitude reaches high volume. It is not enough that summer tickets reaches exaggerated prices even though the conditions are low if you do not pay โextraโ for your seat most likely they will refuse to board you with the excuse that they donโt have a place for you. So you buy a ticket you have a trip to do, plan accordingly but you donโt know if you are flying? Whatโs the point of buying a ticket? With a ticket you should have a seat in a normal world! Disgusting service and careless .If you can avoid Wizz Air.

Very quick and simple check in
HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY
Had a flight at 10:30. Got an email from WizAir that the flight got postponed for 1:20. And it actually left at 10:30, making me run around the airport and figure out where is my 1:20 flight.
From misleading email notifications to poor customer service, issues are endless.
Any other airline, but not them.

Bad experience
After paying (13 Euro) for compulsory seat selection and after finishing all online check in recruitment, I got messages from Wizz website saying you need to go through Wizz airline in the airport ..????
Online check in closes 3 hrs before flight without warning
Wizz air prematurely closes check in 3 hours before flight.
Constant no connection message
Currently at the airport trying to check in with my next flight with Wizz but the app constantly says No Connection. Even though the airport wifi is working good enough for YouTube. No luck with 5G either
Cheap fares but you get what you pay for.
Money conscious travelers can get great fares on this airline, but as always it comes with a catch. Wizzair apps are horrendously slow, and as for scanning your passport, youโll need a battery that lasts two days. More seasoned low fare travelers will simply fill in the details by hand. As for advertising for add ons, wizzair allows you to breeze through without asking for anything, unlike their competitors, who make you check โnoโ to each item on an endless list of offers. All in all, a better bargain than any full cost airline, and better than many budget ones.

Faulty with errors
And having to pay for check in ? Never again.
Every single time I am forced to go to check and no one will explain why.
Not only you canโt get hold of anyone its impossible to check in online. You have to go to desk every time.
Not to mention extremely large lines at check in desk
