Stay away anything related to WizzAir
I made me download to app to get the boarding pass because they don’t accept the pdf and mobile version of the boarding pass they send and of course it didn’t work. 89 counties and counting but the worst airline experience ever.
Literally does not work
Love that it’s already updated for the iPhone X screen, but you literally cannot purchase a ticket in this app. I don’t know if the button is outside of the visible portion of the screen, but I just get stuck at the ticket class selection.
Keeps crashing
You fixed a lot in the app, but you can’t let it keep crashing for a month and not deploy a fix.
Worst airline in the world, app almost as bad
The app doesn’t work properly. When I try to get the boarding card into the wallet it says:
“Something bad happened”
Yeah, it’s obvious something bad happened: I had to book wizz air. That’s as bad as it gets, but why can’t the wallet app access the boarding card?
Only airline that struggles with this. Tickets are expensive (more expensive now that regular non low fare airlines) but the service provided is aweful. App terrible. Amateurs

It is not working
I’ve choose the flight than what??? There is no any “next” button!! Did you forget?? Even if it somewhere there it is not easy to find where to press to go next..

Very poor
New release of Wizzair app is really poor. Compared to old version it is not clear at all and do not work properly! I’m very loyal customer and flying with Wizzair a lot in last few years. This app choose to check me in for next instead of current flight which caused delay on airport, additional fee and my complaint to wizzair team who try to find paragraphs in they terms and conditions to not cover my cost of fee. Shortly saying Wizzair team (because of they poor app) try to suggest that because there was no evidence of error in they system I deliberately put myself in situation to be nearly late pay fee and now as a bad Customer asking for refund. My case is still ongoing as Wizzair team is unable to supply any paragraph which actually is related to my case but I do believe that if they do not sort out problems with app they will lose good relations with more than one Customer! Come on Wizzair commit and treat Customers fairly if something is wrong as I do not believe that hassle and few quit which is less than 1% of my yearly Wizzair cash spend is something big for you! Fix your issues! Be pro!

Shockingly useless for Added Services
Added Services Missing on boarding card / Wallet. The others have stated it’s a major problem for those who pay for extra services and get the usual unfriendly staff reply at the gate “if it’s not in the BC you don’t have, NEXT!”
