App glitchy and unusable
Used this in the past with no problem, however I’ve tried to use it several times over the past month and it won’t let me type in an address or will switch my pickup and drop off locations. Unable to schedule a ride to the airport. Trying to not use Uber or Lyft but if the app simply doesn’t work then I don’t really have a choice. Really great that when you click app support it takes you to a 404 error.

Love getting a taxi so quickly
I never wanted to use a ride share service since it feels like hitchhiking to me. As soon as I learned of Flywheel after having a car accident, I downloaded the app. I have a car, but prefer to use the app to get to appointments etc. I had called taxis directly and was used to waiting a bit for them. The first time I used this app, the taxi arrived about 2 minutes later, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi. I do not live in the city any longer, but whenever I visit, I use my Flywheel app to get around.

Complete garbage.
I have literally been trying to use this app to schedule rides to SFO for the last 6 months and it simply doesn’t work, at first it would just shutdown when you tried to schedule. Now it won’t let you add your pick up address. Save yourself the frustration and just take BART. At this point it’s more reliable.

Rips off drivers
In addition to taking a large percentage of every fare, this app makes drivers wait over a month to get paid for fares they pick up through flywheel. This is causing drivers to ditch flywheel pick ups in favor of flags and calls. This is bad for the drivers and for the customers. Flywheel needs to improve their relationship with and responsiveness to the taxi drivers.

No longer works
I’ve been using flywheel for a few years. Over the past few weeks, I’m unable to call a ride. I get a notification stating that I’m already in a cab in the middle of a trip and the all advises me to cancel and try to rebook if I’m not actually in a cab. Canceling and rebooking doesn’t work so I’m stuck.

Broken
The app has completely stopped working for me. It says I’m already in a ride when I am actually trying to request one. I try to cancel but it doesn’t work. I am stuck in a loop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn’t fixed the issue. Help!
Bad all around
Very poorly designed app. Poor user experience all around, use a ride sharing app just so you don’t have to lose brain cells and deal with the irritation of this terrible interface and experience.
Was a loyal customer but…
I have used this app for years. I refuse to use Uber or Lyft. This app was great! But now I can’t use it because I’ve been stuck “in a ride” for over six months. Unfortunately, it doesn’t go away even after uninstalling and reinstalling over and over. The ride had been paid for, but now it won’t go away. I’m super frustrated. I would love to use it again. So annoying.

Crashes when trying to schedule a ride
Usually the app works well. Today, the app crashes immediate every time I click the button to schedule a ride for “Later.”
Driver never showed and I was charged
The driver never showed up and when I tried to call him the connection was terrible. I was charged for a fare and a tip. My attempts to have the erroneous charge were completely ignored. Ripping off customers and having terrible service is no way to combat Lyft and Uber
The location service interface was pretty terrible too, even inputting an address for pickup was a nightmare
