It is a real shame that such a big company hasn't got a presentable application, it is slow, obsolete, confusing, doesn't work propertly and doesn't display enough information in any of the link of the menu..

Pretty bad app. Can't login to my amigo account. Or check a booking. Or change my location.
Can't save LifeMiles login details
It's a very average app compared to competitors' apps. When you want to check in you are directed away from the app to a site where you have to enter your flight details. Surely there is a better way? What I find most frustrating about the app is that it doesn't save your frequent flyer details which means you have to type these in as well every time.

Very Disappointing
Why do I have to enter my details every time I want to check something. Can I just enter my miles number and the app remember my details as other apps do? Where is the passbook functionality?
