Issues paying my flights
Avianca needs to upgrade this app asap. I’ve tried twice to change and book my flights but unfortunately the app won’t a feo my credit card so I had to call the Avianca call centre and pay for the agency fees. This is frustrating.

App is crashing and closing all the time on iOS.
Terrible app
Everytime that I try to modify my itinerary on the app or even on the website, I am never able to access the next page even though I have already clicked on which flight I want to change and modified the date! So frustrating
Poor excuse of an app
Once I downloaded the app or proceeded to use my Apple ID and create an account. Instead of using my email attached to my Apple ID it gave me completely random email. It would not let me edit my information in my profile. The date of birth was wrong. The gender was other only thing that would let me edit was my name to use on the profile, and my phone number I called the customer service number and unfortunately the representative informed me I can’t create an account online nor is there IT support to help with the issues on the app. Just useless as a app.

The most idiotic airline in the world
This is the most idiotic airline I have ever travelled, I bought overnight business class ticket from Guayaquil to London via Bogota booked the seats 7 row two central seats and they placed us with my daughter in economy saying that business class is full. Corruption? This is ridiculous!
What’s the point?
The app is really limited and all management of booked flights just opens up the browser. What’s the point when I can just go on the website directly with out being watched by another company.

I added my known travel key number to my check in, but when I did the field disappeared and I do not have pre check on my boarding pass for a flight out of the US. Also, the first leg of my flight was cancelled so I had to select a new flight. It continues to show the cancelled flight but not its status. I’m unable to view my boarding pass without selecting the new flights details and managing check in. Looks like other people have good experiences but the whole thing is buggy and cumbersome for me.

Never works
Terrible app for booking. Nothing but problems. I’m f the payment process freezes or doesn’t work, it kicks you back to the beginning and erases everything you’ve done for the last 10 minutes. No flight. No confirmation. Nothing. Awful!!!
Primitive Airline app
It makes you enter way too much information for a domestic flight multiple times. For example, when you book you have to put in the date of birth, and when you check in, you have to do it again. instead of asking for the date of birth in the beginning, it re-populates when you continue, asks you for that again.
When you get boarding passes, you have to load them in the Wallet one at a time from the beginning.
