Useless vpn and support

I installed this app to visit a website in india. I connected to an indian vpn but still not able to watch because of the website only works in india. I asked for help but after few minutes on live chat, the person told me that your subscription has ended. I just sign up for their 7-day trial. I have photos of proof as well. This is a useless vpn app.

Unstable connection

Despite multiple tries I cannot get a stable connection.

Good VPN

Good vpn that keeps you private. Works very fast, now works when switching from data to Wi-Fi and vice versa.

Can cause issues if you disconnect from Wi-Fi or the internet entirely while it’s on, better than before in this regard but there are still some issues with using the internet after disconnecting while with VPN
VPN may cause connection to be slow at times
Also VPN has tracker blocker which you need to scroll down to see, it should be near the connect button. And it needs to be constantly re-enabled for each connection to VPN, I would prefer if stayed enabled between VPN connections so it automatically works whenever I connect to VPN

Nickel and dime to death

It used to be a good service. There are rumours that they give info to the FBI. They have begun to nickel and dime you to death. If you want a dedicated ip you have a separate charge. Like that’s the purpose of a vpn. They are keeping up with the times.I won’t renew unless things change.

OLG website

OLG will only allow login from Ontario. Tried using PureVPN from Aruba to a Toronto server but the OLG security picked up on the fact I wasn’t in Ontario. What gives?

AppleTV App - Awful

Slowly, clunky and terrible UX. The testing and QA teams (assuming they actually exist) that signed off this app and allowed it to be released to the public should be ashamed. This may have been acceptable in 2004, but not in 2024. This is truly awful. As for customer/technical(?) support, on reporting an issue, there is no coherence in responses, with multiple CS agents using stock copy/paste responses and not reviewing or taking the time to understand prior updates/replies and make valid suggestions to try resolve the issue. Re-install the app, reboot, logout/login….. Technical support responses once again, more fitting for 2004.
