Very poor and watch out for the scam.

Causes problems with connections when not in use. Need to turn it on and then off and then I can use internet or apps again. A complete waste of money.
You are also scammed it when you buy it. I thought I was buying the vpn. They don’t tell you that you are also buying purekeep the password manager. Now when you want to extend the subscription of the vpn, they give you an upgrade price. It’s only when you get to the checkout you find you also must extend the subscription to the password manager which adds significantly to the price. I have chatted with “support” but they say it is my problem. An appalling company who must be scamming hundreds of thousands of customers. Please avoid this company. There is a reason that a new subscription looks cheap.

Not working for china

I downloaded the app that after some research seem to be working “fine” in China. Truth is it doesn’t. Very disappointing after purchasing a 5 years plan.

The log in process is so broken I canceled my account

I created an account using sign in with Apple ID, but after you create the account, you will never see sign in with Apple ID again, so you can’t sign in. You have to say that you forgot your password, and then get sent a link to reset your password that was never set in the first place. I followed the link and tried to create a new one, but I couldn’t use a strong password, so I had to use a weaker one. After all that, I tried to use my new password to log in and it didn’t work.

If these people can’t get logging in right, there is no chance I’m trusting them with my data. I’m out

Very happy i have this a try

i have NordVPN subscription but since they have been dragging their feet with the AppleTV app, i decided to try PureVPN after reading reviews and recommendations. very happy with what i have so far. the one thing that i have to point to it (which i suspect is an iOS/tvOS limitation is that after a period of inactivity, even thought the connection might show as active, i can’t stream, forcing me to go to the app, disconnect and connect manually again. this also happens in NordVPN on iOS and since tvOS is a branch of iOS it might be affected by the same issue.

Password reset request doesn’t work, or takes forever. This is C.R.A.P

How hard is it. Really ? You had a fairly good app, but forget your password or logout and you can’t get a reset link sent to you. What a joke.

Update. Was contacted and sorted the issue out. Mostly my issue and review was giving in the heat of the moment.

Fairly happy with this app now.

Feel like it’s almost a scam?

When I signed in with my Apple ID, I used a hidden email which should be fine. Because you should be able to login with your Apple account anyway. but you can’t do it on their own website or Apple TV app. Then I try to delete my account to start over because I can’t even change my password if I wanted to apparently, but now it keeps saying error every time I try to delete the account. It’s very frustrating and confusing why they don’t let you login with your account on their own website. Will probably never use again, knowing that this could consist.

Doesn’t work!

Not able to see the content even though it claims to be connected to the right country server.

When it’s good…

When it’s good it’s very good… but when it’s bad it’s horrid. I have a subscription and Dedicated IP with Pure and usually it works just fine. But then it’ll just stop working despite no changes at my end - same machine, same OS, same internet. Long chats to support (with long delays their end, presumably due to helping multiple people at once) lots of nonsense like uploading screenshots of the error message (as if I’d typed it out incorrectly), reinstalling even though I’d just updated to the new version, plenty of pointless fiddling with protocols and stuff and it doesn’t work. But then it will work a few days later when presumably they fix whatever they did their end to break it. I need reliable. I don’t get that with Pure.
