Scam and lame VPN

We understand that you expected a refund for your subscription purchased with cryptocurrency, as the mobile site mentioned a 31-day refund window. However, it appears that there was a misunderstanding, as our policy states that payments made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Unauthorized charges
When I signed up, I was automatically enrolled for auto renewal with little notice. After my subscription renewed automatically the first time, I made sure to stop auto renewal. Still, the following time my subscription expired, they tried to charge my credit card again without my consent. I had to report the charge as fraud and replace my credit card. The VPN itself was ok, but glitchy enough that I wanted to try a different option. And certainly, not worth the billing issues.
