PureVPN

A solid vpn product that works well. A much easier interface to use with recent software updates, and the online chat support is very good when needed. Great for accessing catchup tv services when outside of the UK.

Reliable VPN

I’ve tried a couple of VPNs and PureVPN is definitely the best. Reliable and good value, would definitely recommend.

Questionable

Unfortunately didn’t work for me, internet browsing was very slow. Could open streaming apps but could never watch more than a few minutes without it stopping. Fortunately didn’t pay for it and only used the trial. It’s not the wifi connection as I downloaded another company’s vpn and has been working perfectly. Might work for some but use the trial first!

I understand your concerns but we’ve come a long way in improving and addressing issues related to slow speed and agreed we had troubles but we’ve made improvements to our networks. Just renewed

Service has improved immeasurably compared to when I started using it 5 years ago. It’s seamless most of the time on iOS and Win11. Just bought another 5 year membership! Incredible value!

Good but could be better

So I have had pure vpn since 2017 I switched to another vpn for a while and enjoyed it so I decided to give the OG another go and awesome works amazing and as intended my only issue is the VPN Seems to randomly connect to servers on its own causing my phones data to have issues I checked all settings and nothings been changed since install I’m on iOS 16.1.1 latest version of pure vpn is installed also the other thing that’s annoying is the give a rating pop up and a couple others that pop up at least 5 times within a space of a minute I think that’s a bit much also connecting to my dedicated IP address it takes a very long time and sometimes won’t connect having me close the app multiple times another annoying thing is the live support it’s pretty useless when you contact them all they do is say please wait 1-2 hours for a reply via email I have forwarded this onto the correct department not very supportive when you need support then and now

Overall pure VPN is still as good if not better then what it used to be and I’m happy just a few minor issues that need to be tweaked or fixed that’s my only reason for not giving 5* good work devs I’ll definitely be sticking around and not leaving for another company

Dreadful

Appears modifications to the app without a formal upgrade is playing havoc with this VPN! IT SCREWS UP most of what I use it for. I’ve spent up to 10 hours trying to make good on something PureVPN introduced by “the back door”. I’ve jumped through hoops trying to make good on their changes but to no avail! I suggest you keep a wide birth of this until problems for iOS users is resolved. To quote PureVPN: “We really apologize for any problem caused. This change was made for security purposes for every of our ios user, kindly confirm if the issue is resolved now so we can close the request. “

30/70 some positives mostly negatives

IPHONE Been stuck with this app for 6months as I got a subscription. When viewing something like a video or any high bandwith content it will automatically cuts off. As far as I'm aware this is automatic to save bandwith on there side. I guess tAlways ON is a pain, at least once a week you will have no service, to the point where the only way to get a connection is to delete and reboot because it takes over your service, if it has trouble connecting then stopping it completely is NOT possible. leaving you with two options NO CONNECTION or having to delete and reinstall Thats right, when it can't connect disabling the VPN to get normal service is impossible without deleting and rebooting!!!!! PC Not so many problems, but often some countries think i'm in another and doesn't spoof well enough to be honest.

Doesnt work on Ios 16

Updated phone to Iphone 14 pro and IOS 16 and app doesnt work. On home page circle just shows constantly loading even without connecting. I have two seconds to select any menu, otherwise the app hangs. When I do select a server it still just hangs not ever connecting. Would like support to help on here as online support they didnt understand it was an app issue.

Easy to use VPN

I have found PureVPN easy to setup and use. If you access the internet using public access points you really need to protect your data, personal information, and device. PureVPN does exactly that.
