App is terrible
I have an error on my power meter and I downloaded the app. It says I need a firmware update. When it opens the window on my phone opens with the update button too low on the screen for me to say “yes”. App is hugely flawed and not up to the standards and price of S-Works. Please advise or fix.Ryan md
App has problems……
I have two sets of Specialized Power cranks. I can only have one pair in the app. When trying to add the other only one side shows up. Once I was able to add it, but then I had 3 images of the first set. Crazy stuff. Who tests this thing? I have been forced to add one set to an iPhone and the other on an iPad. The two sets are impossible to live on a single device. The app does well updating firmware and zero offset. Other than that it NEEDS WORK!Show lesslangostinho
Removed ability to use ANT+
Previously, I loved my Viiiiva heart rate monitor that could connect with my Garmin ANT+ devices. It was a cheap way for me to be able to train with a dumb trainer on Zwift (on a tight budget). Now that 4iiii has removed that ability, I need to buy 4iiii devices to do the same thing. I’m not a happy customer. Also, 4iiii, please update your documentation for the heart rate monitor - it conflicts with the FAQ on this app - one says you can use Garmin ANT+ devices (HRM documentation), while the other (app) says you can only use 4iiii devices. Updates firmware, pairs both sides
Updated my firmware, and paired the PM so my Garmin can see it as dual sided. Completed in 5mins, no drama. App is plain, and seems dated. But I have achieved what I needed.curryfishball74
Awful app doesn’t work properly
Unable to to or discover Dura Ace cranks - works one in 20 attempts. Then won’t link the two cranks into dual crank. Waste of time.mickyukxuk
Forced notifications not welcome
A recent update means I can no longer use the app without enabling notifications. Justified as “to keep your firmware updated” This is not welcome, please make this optional.GD1975xx

Basic functions don’t work — PM useless
Terrible app. The firmware notification freezes the app and there is no way to get rid of the screen on the iPhone 6. Looks like some kind of display issue.
Tried to check it on a different device but the password reset function never sent an email.
So now I have powermeter that does not work.mudfisher
