Turned a functional power meter into one that won’t connect to anything
Have a specialized power meter, which recently migrated to the 4iii app. Attempted to install a firmware update which failed. Now my power meter no longer connects to my head unit/phone/watch… so this app bricked a $400 piece of equipmenta;lksdfja
Terrible
This app is worse in every way than the old Power Cranks app. I’m disgusted to have new problems on power meters that worked perfectly on the old app for a year. Less functionality, often can’t detect my right side meter, doesn’t appear to let me “undetect” a meter. Just a mess.powermeterreview
4iiii app has killed power meter, like another reviewer stated do not use!
As stated by another reviewer. I downloaded app after specialized app no longer supported. In connection and updating firmware it has killed the power meter. Do not use!AG580

Avoid if possible
App is completely unresponsive. Cannot even finish the app information so connection to the power cranks is not possible.
Which means calibration is now not possible.Zilchname

It doesn’t accept your password and on a reset it never sends you an email on the receipt absolute rubbish I don’t know what their staff are doingSamsung FIX THIS APP!!
Does not work with HRM
I have read the instructions and downloaded the app. Bought the HRM to bridge to Garmin. Can’t set up anything up in the app, or download files. And the Bluetooth connection is weird. Won’t bridge Garmin to Zwift to measure any distance for outside runs.Mum2joely

Too intrusive and nosey
The company is trying to harvest as much user data as possible. People should need to create an account to use their power meter, let alone their gender and age etc.liamadaniel
Avoid if you want your PM to work still
Got this to update firmware. Firmware failed half way through and now my 4iii precision power meter is dead and can’t be discovered on any devices. Really annoyed!!Timotei0612
