Worst app I have practically ever used
- crashes constantly
- can’t pick up power meters if there’s even a lick of electronics nearby
- will only re-pair L/R power meters if it’s under a full moon and you’re standing on your headStuart not Stewart

false advertising
They say you can use this to bridge ant+ to ios but it didn’t say ALL sensors had to be 4iiii or viiiiva whatever this abandoned company is. Could not pair with my $100 wahoo sensors that almost everybody uses. app will tell you its paired successfully but it isn’t. HRM works well if you’re using that all by itself. Anyways will be returning my hrm. Thanks for nothingShow lessShawn591

... the very least they can do is let you check and update your firmware without having to register details with yet another company.
If the features in the rest of your app are good enough, sure, I may want an account, but as it stands I’m locked out of doing anything at all, even checking the product I bought is working. Poor, very poor.Show lessHeytreacle
Not so good so far.
Out of box the pm will not zero.
Some features on app like rename device will not work either.
Showing 49% battery. Not sure if it was to come fully charged.
Previous pm worked fine. I’ll let it charge over night and try again soon n morning.notridingtonight
Bricked my power meter *edited*
I got a new Podium Precision power meter, installed it, and used it with no problems. This morning I realized that there was a firmware update available on the 4iiii app. Everything seemed to update okay. Went for a ride later and no more cadence or power readings. Completely blank. So I unpaired from my Garmin and repaired the pm. Still nothing. Then I noticed when I tried to perform a factory reset from the app that it will not let me. It simply states there was an error. I have unpaired and repaired from the app. Even reinstalled the app several times. Nothing works. It pairs just fine and will even calibrate from my 520, but nothing is right on the app. I cannot rename it, cannot zero it, cannon reset it. So frustrating. I’ve had the pm for one day and the app has made it all but useless!

I reached out to 4iiii customer support just before midnight on Saturday night. By lunch on Sunday I had a reply from Wriley at the cs department with this solution that worked perfectly for me. Her it is:
Please follow the steps below:
Open the 4iiii App and connect to your powermeter by adding device
Delete your powermeter from the App by swiping left on the powermeter field and tapping delete
Force close the app
Restart your phone
Connect to your powermeter by adding device
Tap on the powermeter field to access Device Settings
Install available Feature Update. This includes the Chipolo tracking functionality.
After the Feature Update has been installed, you should now see power and cadence in the Workout page of the app.

Got my Precision power meter running
Version 2.2.2. Mind you, the only use I have for the app is to interface with the power meter on my bike. The app recognized the power meter, displayed battery remaining, and updated the firmware without a hitch. That’s all I’ll be doing with the app.Nickname___Taken

This app bears absolutely no resemblance to the user manual instructions. Cannot erase files or perform many of the functions described in manual.Fogbert
