Great Customer Service and Experience
I have just started using this app and ran into a bit of problems with my first job (not the app’s fault, just emails in the wrong folder). I reached out to customer service and I was emailed back quickly with a very friendly email. Often times I fear going to customer service, but thankfully I was helped right away. My problem was I couldn’t find the shipping status. I asked Jenny for help and she gave me the status saying it was delivered Nov. 1. I had made a book for my fiancé. Unfortunately my order was nibbled on by a greedy raccoon in the neighborhood and he eventually found it in another yard. I reached out and Jenny sent another copy to me. I had a great experience and really appreciate the willingness to replace it!
The prints are great and so easy to order from the app! I love that I can get physical copies of my photos faster and easier. I don’t have to go to a store to get prints or upload photos to my computer, then to a usb, etc. etc. The app is so easy to use and I love ordering prints with just a push of a button. Classy Business - one suggestion
I received my first photo book in the mail. It is beautiful in a way one can tell that they really care about their product. It came with a friendly welcome letter, and though it was a form letter, it felt personal and prompted me to write a review, which I never do. The photos are printed on nice heavy paper and the book is well made. It’s now my favorite gift idea. The price is very reasonable for the high quality product. I’m happy to have chosen SPS. I wish you the best to the group of young people who run this lovely business.
One suggestion- I would have loved to be able to label each photo in the book. Even if it was limited to date and a title for each. I’ll write on it or figure out some printed labels for now but in the future, it would be great if this can be done within the app.Show lessilovechins

I’ve tried a number of equivalent apps from the UK. I keep coming back (and paying for postage from the US) because the quality is just so much better then anything else. Plus when one order went missing they shipped a replacement out super quick. I just wish they were based locally!ameliahazel
So many different choices
The range of products means you can choose prints to suit your photos and home. Love this company and have ordered from them lots before. App works great and ordering with Apple Pay is quick and easy. Thanks SPS!Music_thisisme

Many years of amazing products
I’ve used social print studio since it was just Instagram photos and named printstagram. Now that I can just buy my photos straight from my phone where I store everything, my photo buying is so much easier and the product is top notch!harriwren

I was so fortunate to stumble upon this app. They are far less expensive than other similar services. The app is extremely fast and easy to use. I requested overnight expedited shipping and it was only $15, with production time and shipping my prints would arrive in 3-5 days. I ordered them on Monday and needed them to arrive by Friday at the latest. I emailed customer support and a wonderful woman named Jenny replied right away and was extremely helpful and kind, and was fairly certain there would t be an issue with timing, but to keep her posted. My prints arrived on Wednesday and they looked great, and were packaged and preserved very well. Being able to order 360 photos in less than 10 minutes and have them delivered within the week, I was definitely impressed and would recommend to anyone :)Show lessshushumae
Love Products...app could use some work
I have loved everything I have ever ordered. The quality is superb and the prices are very reasonable. The down side is in the app. You need to be able to see what your order is once it is added to your cart. I made a few different giant photo strips and once they were in my cart I couldn’t tell which was which and I didn’t want to order them all. When selecting photos for projects I wish you could delete one from the preview page instead of having to go back and scroll through all my pictures and find it and then Unselect it before I could put in a new picture for its spot. Also I wish I could go through and select several pictures I want to try out in a project. Again I absolutely LOVE your products and customer service, but you app could use some work on user friendliness.Show lessMsHanknson
Quality has deteriorated
I used to get many prints and photo products from here, however the quality has drastically dropped off so it is no longer worth the price. I used to recommend to everyone but now I've stopped.Fayley
