The Apple Watch feature used to work. Now it doesn’t. A pretty clunky app
Glitches in latest update
There are som glitches in the app since the last update was released. These include having inputs showing as active when they are actually sealed, alarm areas showing as disarmed but actually being armed / vice versa, push notification saying night arm was successfully armed when it was actually full arm selected, and the loading of doors/areas has slowed a bit. Could these please be looked at? If you require any further info on it I’m happy to help. Thank you

Best alarm app on the market
SkyCommand with our inception panel is the best combo I’ve ever used, being a security installer SkyCommand has made mine and my customers lives so much easier 👌🏻
Arming/disarming
Can you please add a feature where you can arm all areas at once and disarm at once instead of individually arming/disarming.
Pin and Biometric Login doesn’t work
The app is not saving my password, pin and biometric login always says incorrect password. It is frustrating having to retype my password every time.

Apple Watch
There is an Apple Watch icon on the blue bar of the favourites page which offers to send a fav list to watch. I have selected it many times but nothing appears on my watch. Is there a step missing ?

the procedure is Add the items you wish to have on the watch to favourites of the phone app tap the Apple Watch icon on the favourites page to send this list to sky command server Log in to the watch app as the same sky command user You should see the entities on the watch that you have in the favourites page
Too many interruptions
Convenient and functional when working but regularly can’t log in and require intervention from our security system provider.
Very frustrating as we use it as a multi user system.
Better with old school fob or sustainable system than this app.

there is no cost for the app But for the app to work you need a T4000 attached to your innerange access control/alarm system or an inner range inception system
